The staff was kind and friendly.
Old property, with loud AC units in addition to the helipad next door. The pool was okay but the change room and all other facilities are in a bad shape. We hoped for a normal breakfast but got a snack bag instead.
Very pleasant, as expected
Everything was great
The room was updated, quiet and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was a short walk to downtown, there was lots of hot water for a bath, and it was a bonus to get a bagged breakfast; overall good value for the cost.
The air conditioner did a loud shut off sound; the back of the bath tub had an uncomfortable slant, and while the floor had been vacuumed/swept it could have also used a good wash.

The room was decent and clean. The staff was nice and helpful.
Travel Lodge sent me a text and a link to pre-check in and require all my information including a copy of my drivers license, vehicle info etc. When I arrived I had to provide it all over again. I asked what we the point of Travel Lodge asking me to complete all of that online only to have to do it in person and she told me that the info I provided is not visible to her. Silly.
Nothing. This is a horribly dated hotel and a very loud location
I didn't like that. There were two travelodges by Wyndham in Kamloops and they're not clearly named so that you know which one you're getting. I had to go to the wrong one first which is the one I thought I bucked. Hey park my RV and then find out that I was at the wrong one. The one I was at is terrible. That is the downtown location across from the hospital. May I suggest that you get two separate names for them?
Booked because of pool, breakfast included and location. The only good...location.
Pool was disgusting, could see brown ring around entire pool that was at least 6 inches wide, floor was visibly dirtyy, moldy and the whole area poorly maintained. Not to mention no towels, so you have to use towels from your room for your shower..
Very disappointed the be told you get a bagged breakfast, stale muffin, yogurt, banana and a kids juice box. I didn't choose other hotels because on' continental ' breakfast option, paid more to stay here because I was under impression of better breakfast options.. and get severed garbage. Expressed this at check in, as I WOULDN'T have booked my stay there, and all I got was a shoulder shrug.
Housekeeping.. room was actually ok, didn't mind it. But could you make a bed? Could you sweep? Could you leave shampoo or conditioner, replenish coffee/tea and the cups? We were there 4 nights and got bed made once after asking to have sheets chnaged because daughter made a mess, as it wasn't done day before.. didnt make second bed in the room... went to pick up daughters sock day 3, to discover it wasn't even one of ours... there wasn't many hiding places in the room to have a sock under the table?? So did you even clean the room between occupancy? Didn't clean bathtub, sweep or wash floors. But you did come in to my room everyday... to do what not really sure.
Overall very disappointing and rather disgusting place to stay.
