Perfect location, walking distance to Royal Inland Hospital, and very near Ponderosa Lodge.
Pros:

Location: Excellent location across the street from Ponderosa Lodge, which is perfect for my needs.

Cons:

The breakfast is brown bag-- no hot options available, nor coffee beyond what is in the room's mini coffee maker. Maybe would be better if they offered a small Keurig in the room and a couple of K cups per person.

Cheap, close to the hospital, close to downtown, and clean.

The wifi let me down. Couldn't video conference (which I was counting on) or stream video. I also thought the green bananas in the bag breakfast was a amateurish. It would have been better to not include them at all, in fact.

Pros:

When i first got there the staff member was pleasent... we checked in later around 5 ish... room was clean no coffee pot tho but was offered to get some from office if we wanted..

Cons:

First night was fine.. i had asked to extend my stay for anothee 2 nights and was told i could.... next morning half hour before regular check out i get a knock on the door saying its booked and we have to leave.... first staff member i dealt with was nice .. the one who came to my door came off very rude and didnt seem to wanna listen to me at all.. wont recommend staying here... my son was very excited to go swimming in their pool but we never got the chance.. good location for hospital and if staff had given more warning of a possible over booking or were more friendly it would be different.. wont be back...

Great stay near hospital
Pros:

Great location, nicely kept up compared to others close to the hospital. Great value for your money. Excellent customer service. Free parking & breakfast to go allowed for flexibility. If you are needing to be close to the hospital don’t hesitate to stay here. Ask for the hospital discount by booking directly with the hotel front desk.
