Het ontbijt, fijn dat het wordt aangeboden, maar veel te kleine ruimte voor zoveel mensen. Eten was ook op ondanks dat de medewerker heen en weer rende met refills.

They had no way for my disabled sister to get to the breakfast room and our room was crawling with ants and the outlets didn't work for charging the phone

The room that we stayed in was gross. And had an awful smell. Which has made us decide we would not stay there again.

The bathroom was so tiny it was hard to walk around in. And get into the shower and all. The room was stale when we walked in but the worst was at the bathrooms counter was dirty!

The TV in the room had no reception so we were unable to watch anything

Rooms were worn. When we checked in, bathroom sink was clogged with standing water. How could housekeeping miss this? It was fixed immediately once I notified the staff. Room could have been cleaner. No elevator. Had to carry bags to 2nd floor,

Looks old, needs to be repainted and upgraded.

Everything was filthy. The bathroom was not cleaned prior to our check in. Had hairdresser left from previous occupants as well as sticky counters, sticky dirty carpet in the room. Bedding had holes smelled like mildew bath towels were dirty stained and stunk of mildew and cigarettes. Our room had wasps flying around the second night. Broken desk lamp brought to front desk on arrival never replaced. Ended up purchasing clorax wipes and clean towels as all towels were extremely gross when asked for new clean towels.

El desayunó pésimo, el cuarto estaba con mal olor, y la limpieza muy pobre. Las fundas de las almohadas estaban manchadas de amarillo de igual manera las toallas.

Housekeeping was very bad, during our 3 nights stay no one came to clean the room. When we asked they said it is upon the request, so we requested to clean and someone just came and picked up the garage, that's all. We survived in 3 small 1 Oz soap for 4 days, never experienced this kind of service in my entire life in US.
Breakfast without egg and cheese is not called a breakfast 😑
Bathroom sink drain was clogged, u have to wait and waste time, all BS!
The towels are stinky don't want to even touch.
I asked for another towel and she said I don't have any right now, everything is in laundry. later on someone drop new towels with the same stink.
The door doesn't lock properly, every time u have to slam the door.
The stairs was sticky too.

Usually I don't do bad reviews but these was really a BAD experience for us, never ever again want to be there!

No coffee , beds were less than stellar, no house keeping service , had to request new towels and washcloths at 11pm ( we were gone all day and wanted to shower when we got back that night ) had left at 8 am

Ceiling was water damaged, the wall was falling apart at the seems. They couldn't even change our sheets I found hairs and a remote in my bed. Sugar all over the dinet section. Soaps not changed out. Shower not cleaned at all hairs and dirt left in the tub.

Bruit pour dormir, ils refont la toiture et ils commençaient à 7:00am. Très humide dans la chambre, déjeuner pas de fruits, ni de yogourt
