Absolutely repulsive.
Pros:

We didn't end up staying because the facility and room was such a mess.

Cons:

Mold every where. Hair every where. Terrible smell. No one at the desk to check us in. Sticky food smeared across the handle of the main entrance. Hole in the wall of the first room we were assigned. No drain stop in the bathroom sink. Blown light bulb. We were offered another room and neither of them felt clean or safe. The elder couple that checked in ahead of us were offered three separate rooms before deciding they were also leaving. Zero stars and would definitely not recommend to any one. As a third party booking site, booking.com should be embarrassed to promote this dump. And we're still waiting on a refund.

Vraiment bon qualité prix
Pros:

Lit super confortable...chambre spacieuse avec 2 lits Quenn belle emplacement pour frigo micro ondes et cafetiere..y manquait de rien ...et le déjeuner était parfait machine a gouffre..baguel...pain yogourt ...cafe jus céréales..muffin fruits...bon prix pour tout ça surtout pour les Canadiens avec l'échange ! Avec une belle piscine extérieure.

Je n'ai rien de négatif !

Pros:

Nice gut at counter, clean pool and bed wasn't bad at all like I was seeing reviews for. Comfortable to me. Bathroom clean

Cons:

The front yard I really wanted to mow. It needs a major shave! When I approached I thought the place was abandoned. I was thankful to see the back lot busy.

Mediocre at the best!!
Pros:

First, it was very hard to find staff, especially front desk. My observation was that there was very limited staff working at any given day I was there. I saw quite a few people going to the desk for questions and check-in. I only went upstairs once, where breakfast was to try to find someone, because I locked my self out, and again could no one upstairs, and finally someone came in from outside. I really believe whomever was working the front desk, was also the same individual doing other things, especially breakfast. And this also did not leave a good taste in my mouth. I waited probably a good 10 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. Unacceptable, so no cleaning individuals at all. Very limited in help there. Towels were stained.....unacceptable standards, especially when you charge so much to just sleep.

Walking distance to everything.

Cons:

Room was not what was described in booking. Beds were hard. AC extremely loud. Lights did not work.

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. When we arrived it was like 4pm pool in shade. I asked for bottom floor my husband and I have injured ankles. My husband uses a cane. Our room on 2nd floor no elevator stairs only

Never again!
Cons:

Location is run down. After having to kill a beetle and spider in the rm was completely not comfortable sleeping in bed. Location should close until improvements are made, especially after paying $275 for one night. You should be ashamed!
