The location is good.

Cons:

The door to the room was broken. The bathroom was really gross, the shower drain was clogged. And the toilet was really gross. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, almost like the cheapest mattresses from the 90s. There was splattering of some kind of fluid on most of the walls. The breakfast was something that I did not want to participate in and just getting a coffee, I added creamer and it immediately cuddled. I could not find anything redeeming about this hotel

Definitely a great value & would return
Pros:

easy to get to in a great location, checked in and staff was pleasant & room size was big, coffee machine in the lobby close to everything

Cons:

very minor & was aware of no elevator
I traveled with a person who can’t do stairs post surgery & breakfast was on 2nd FL no elevator but got breakfast brought back to room

Location was key.

Cons:

Well no other amenities accept for small shampoo/conditioner tubes. Tissues would have worked. Plastic cups too. Breakfast just ok. No one at front desk hardly.

Perfect location in emergency due to ice storm. We were glad to be off the road, warm and dry!
Pros:

Breakfast offerings were decent. I had hot chocolate and a muffin. The rooms are large and have refrigerators and microwave. The bed linens appeared new and clean.

Cons:

Brown water came from sink and tub faucet when we arrived. By morning the water was clear. The towels were tinted brown.m. The bathroom ceiling needs so work. The heater sounded like an ice machine all night. There was not any yogurt or eggs in the breakfast offerings.

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The water leak/mold on ceilings in 2 of the 3 rooms I rented. One had no soap. Used towels or just not clean. Months old food found in fridge. Very bad experience
