Ok place for one night. Wouldn’t stay longer than one

Cons:

Pillows were super hard. Our toilet seat was broken.. barely hanging on by one pin. The bathroom floor had hair on it, the room floor wasn’t very clean and the room fridge had pieces of hair inside

Very poor quality for a Wingate hotel.
Pros:

Location was good. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom had a urine smell. Holes in the wall. Breakfast poor quality. Very limited choices. Water stains on the ceiling of breakfast area.

The only thing I liked was the designed smoking area and the lady who checked us out.

Rooms were absolutely disgusting. I felt uncomfortable in room 217 because it looked like they moved the vent in the bathroom where a camera could be installed. The rooms were never cleaned, as I found dust and bugs and hair in the bathtub. The pillow cases were brown. The water was nasty brown unless u let it run for 10 mins. The 2 story hotel had no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor which made it impossible to get everything up there with one trip. The prices in the little hotel store were absolutely ridiculous. 14$ for 4 cans of soda and 1 bag of small chips. The pool was very small, and not even big enough for most of the guests to enjoy, including me. Felt like a big waste of money and Wyndham is usually the only hotel chain I use when booking if it's available and this hotel makes the entire Wyndham company look bad. We spend most of our time away from there because it was really that bad. Very dark. Very triggering for someone with PTSD. I complained upon check out because the people who were staffed until we checked out, could barely speak English. I would have rather stayed in my car but since I paid soooo much $$ for a bed and much more such as the tiny embarrassment of a breakfast that was offered. Never thought a 150$ a night hotel would be so out of date and disgusting. Never again will I stay there or put my family who had a separate room through all that. It really was the worst place I have stayed while visiting Lake George!!!

I didn’t like much property was very poorly maintained, and there was leaks everywhere, and the staff was pretty mean to me
