Chaotique, mais OK au final

Chambre propre, confortable

Cons:

Réservation faite via Booking.com, je précise
Arrivée chaotique à l'hotel, car on me demande de régler un supplément par rapport à Booking.
Après vérification par mes soins une fois dans ma chambre, le parking était inclus => ils me l'ont remboursé sans problème
La 1ère clé (badge) de chambre qui m'a été délivrée correspondait à une chambre déjà occupée...
La seconde était OK.
La personne qui m'a reçu à 23h30 semblait paniquée et très stressée car l'informatique fonctionnait très mal apparemment. J'ai préféré profiter de ma chambre et tout solutionner le lendemain sans difficulté

Pros:

Struttura moderna, pulita, camera spaziosa con piccolo balconcino

Ottima colazione, molto varia e con prodotti per intolleranti

Buona posizione per raggiungere the Hall (Tram, a piedi)

Overall, highly recommended
Pros:

The room facilities were very good in particular the kitchenette. location and public transport was excellent with a single tram from the airport to the hotel.

Cons:

The air conditioning was fan only (with the window closed and locked) therefore needed the window open to cool the room down
