Short and sweet!
Pros:

I like the location and staff were nice. Parking was good and we could see our vehicle from the room

Cons:

I thought we were getting a newer room and so I thought the room was a little outdated from what it looked like it pics online

Loin de tous , j’ai averti la réception à plusieurs reprise que la toilette était défectueuse, il ont envoyer un homme à tous faire en me disant que tout était arranger j’ai passer trois jours à cette hôtel et je me suis plaint à tous les jours mais rien a été arranger. Dans les commentaire des client le monde disait que c étais proche de tous. Mais non c est pas proche de tous pour aller dans le centre ville d Ottawa faut prendre notre auto et bonne chance pour réussir à vous stationner. A proximité de plusieurs musée dans les rue le stationnement est de 1 et 2 heures . Faite très attention car c est surveillé.

Pros:

La propreté de la chambre et la gentillesse du personnel qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La saleté dans les couloirs
La piscine qui n’est pas très propre.
Le parking n’est pas gratuit. Je me suis pris une amende et c’est à moi de me débrouiller pour faire annuler cette amende.
