Cons:

Nous avons reçu un.message une fois la réservation validée pour nous informer que l'hôtel etait en rénovation pour la moquette! Si j'avais su j'aurai réservé ailleurs.
1 des 3 ascenseurs etaient en panne.
La machine a laver fonctionnait sauf que le sèche linge etait HS. Comment laver son linge sans pouvoir le faire secher?
L'espace piscine etait dégoûtant, on ne voulait meme pas marcher pieds nus au bords tellement l eau stagnante etait noire aux abords de la piscine. Personne ne devait racler je pense le tour de piscine.
Je n' ai meme pas encore recu le remboursement de ma caution de 100$ alors que jai rendu la chambre impeccable !!!!

C'est dispendieux, pas de déjeuner inclus et de plus, il était cher.

Cons:

A l'accueil, nous n'avons pas été capable de se faire servir en Français. Nous sommes au Canada pays bilingue.
