Staff were lovely
Shower was over batl
Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was amazing with added bonus of freshly baked scones and brown bread. Breakfast was also made to order which meant everything was fresh.
Small touches would have increased the rating example; hook on back of bathroom door missing, no stopper in bathroom sink, no toilet brush, no biscuits with room tea tray.
Lovely location, comfortable hotel, great food and attentive staff. Overall… excellent!

Room was very comfortable and the full Irish breakfast was very generous.
No residents' bar so were asked to leave each night so that floor could be washed, thus not great for socializing. Also, no one came into our room to tidy it, replace used towels or make the bed. A first in all our years of staying in hotels.
The location of the hotel was fantastic
My party arrived with kids after a football tournament, at reception the staff were very friendly upon arrival, we booked a table online but staff said they didn't have knowledge of the booking, we had to wait for people to leave and get our own table one by one to fit our large party of 11 in total, the kids were well behaved but felt like staff kept looking over if they were being a nuisance. We got the impression the hotel is not child friendly which was very disappointing, I would love to go back to the hotel if all of that didn't happen as the location was perfect and the hotel was lovely, it definitely but a dampener on the night away
