Very spacious and great breakfasts!
Remodeling was going on, so hopefully the few worn areas (bathroom) will be spiffed up soon!
The property was very nice and clean
The hallways and some areas of the property was really hot. The power went our 2nd night there
Elevator broke down half way through stay and had no hot water last night if stay
I didn't like that they canceled my reservation before my check in time. The lady that called me wanted me to give her my credit card # over the phone. I declined and said could i go to the website and provide it. Her response was "I guess". I told her I would and that I would still arrive at my approved time which was 5-6 pm local time. I was driving in with my grandkids from Arizona. At the time we were about 2 hours away. I hit town and get an email saying my reservation was canceled! I of course was upset and had to find another room quickly. Which fortunately I did. I am a Hilton member and have never been treated this way at any other locations. Very disappointing.
Nothing was clean it all looks way too old. They have not gone for renovation for this price point. We could have got something better.
The rooms were on clean. The beds were not nice. The court was very old coffee machines have never been cleaned.

There are cockroaches on the ground floor, and it is unacceptable.
Room was prestine. Thank you to the cleaning staff! Tasteful decor throughout the hotel. Breakfast and staff were fantastic and we appreciated the manager's bonus hours as we'd eaten a main meal at noon and this was perfect to settle in for the evening instead of going out for more food!
Checkin was lack luster...I waited for over ten minutes for the person ahead of me too finish "checking in"...and no one else was called to help and the person helping him didn't acknowledge me until she was finished. These are tiny technical issues that just ease a system...not something I'm really complaining about.
Both the bed and Breakfast was excellent.
Bathroom was a problem. The toilet sat to low bad for the knees. The bathtub can be a hazzard because how high yo must step up in it.
