For any booking with a prepayment, the credit card used for the booking will be required at guest arrival at the hotel. Otherwise a new payment will be made at check-in with the credit card presented.

For nonrefundable rates, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be debited on the day of booking.

For stays of more than 5 rooms, special conditions may apply.

"To protect our employees, most of whom are required to be vaccinated, and per French government regulations, now in force to reduce the spread of Covid-19, the "health pass" will be requested upon your arrival at check-in, starting Monday, August 9th, 2021.

The "health pass" consists of the presentation, digital or paper, including any type of vaccine recognized by the World Health Organization, of a valid health proof among the 3 following options:

· Certificate of a complete and valid vaccination (including post-vaccination delay)
· Negative test of fewer than 72 hours old (PCR or antigenic test or self-test carried out under medical supervision)
· Positive RT-PCR test demonstrating recovery of Covid-19, at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old.

People who have not been vaccinated but have presented a negative PCR, antigen test or self-test will have to renew it every 72 hours to access our areas, including bars, restaurants, pools, and spas.

Children under 18 years old are not required to present a health pass."Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Un hôtel charmant et le personnel aux petits soins
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et gentil. La chambre est cosy et la climatisation parfaite. Le petit-déjeuner délicieux dans un cadre charmant.

Le bâtiment ancien et la chambre.

Cons:

La chaleur dans la chambre, il faudrait les équiper d’une vraie climatisation et pas une soufflerie. La robinetterie et le bidon du shampoing étaient cassés…

Excellemment placé dans le centre de Nîmes
Très belle architecture intérieure
Personnel agréable

Cons:

Climatisation mal dimensionnée, bruyante, mal placée dans la chambre. Impossible de la conserver de nuit
Fenêtre de la salle de bain non jointive laissant pénétrer bruit extérieur et chaleur lors d’une semaine de canicule, et cela réchauffe la chambre
Rue nationale dont la fréquentation ne rassure pas complètement lorsque vous rentrez tard

Pros:

schönes, kleines Hotel mitten in der Stadt - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.
Auch das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen!

Rue avec du monde un peu bruyante ( camion en stationnement à 6h15 le dimanche matin qui fait trembler)
