For nonrefundable rates, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be debited on the day of booking.

"To protect our employees, most of whom are required to be vaccinated, and per French government regulations, now in force to reduce the spread of Covid-19, the "health pass" will be requested upon your arrival at check-in, starting Monday, August 9th, 2021.

The "health pass" consists of the presentation, digital or paper, including any type of vaccine recognized by the World Health Organization, of a valid health proof among the 3 following options:

· Certificate of a complete and valid vaccination (including post-vaccination delay)
· Negative test of fewer than 72 hours old (PCR or antigenic test or self-test carried out under medical supervision)
· Positive RT-PCR test demonstrating recovery of Covid-19, at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old.

People who have not been vaccinated but have presented a negative PCR, antigen test or self-test will have to renew it every 72 hours to access our areas, including bars, restaurants, pools, and spas.

Children under 18 years old are not required to present a health pass."Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

A characteristic and historic building with style and class. pleasant staff an elegant and stylish interior
Pros:

A superb historic building nestled in the historic middle of wonderful Nimes. Our room was really lovely and so comfortable with such tasteful and stylish furnishings. I really would recommend it.

Cons:

Our breakfast was very pleasant but we did feel it could be improved on content and availability, but otherwise it was very pleasant.

Classy Hotel in a perfect location. Spacious rooms, excellent service.
Pros:

A very classy hotel in a 17th century palace. We had a fantastic room with the benefit of a balcony which gave us excellent rooftop views of soaring swifts. Great location. Well equipped room. Excellent breakfast, Staff were amazing.

Cons:

No negatives.

Tähän hotelliin ei uudelleen.
Pros:

Sijainti oli ihan hyvä. Ilmastointi pelasi hyvin, vaikka olikin vähän kovaääninen. Huone oli siisti.

Cons:

Näköala ensimmäisestä huoneesta oli portaikkoon, kaikki meteli kuului ja huone oli pimeä. Huoneiden suunnittelussa käsittämätön outous, vessassa ei ole lainkaan vesipistettä, joten käsipesulle on mentävä aina koko huoneen poikki suihkutilaan.
Toinen huone saatiin valittamisen jälkeen seuraavana päivänä, nyt näkymä oli ankealle ja kapealle kujalle. Nämä huoneet bookingin mukaan deluxe, mutta hotellista huomautettiin, että olin tilannut privilege-huoneen, mikä pitikin paikkansa. Hinta ja laatu eivät tällä kertaa kohdanneet, oli huoneluokka mikä tahansa. Kaupunki itsessään on mahtava!

Joli hôtel, avec des "mais"
Pros:

L'accueil, l'architecture et l'histoire de la maison.

Cons:

Chambre pas digne d'un 4*. Aucune prise à côté du lit. Pas de prise USB. (Normes pour un hôtel 4* en 2026). Douche dans baignoire. Besoin de rafraîchissement côté peinture. Sympa, mais vieillot.
