"To protect our employees, most of whom are required to be vaccinated, and per French government regulations, now in force to reduce the spread of Covid-19, the "health pass" will be requested upon your arrival at check-in, starting Monday, August 9th, 2021.

The "health pass" consists of the presentation, digital or paper, including any type of vaccine recognized by the World Health Organization, of a valid health proof among the 3 following options:

· Certificate of a complete and valid vaccination (including post-vaccination delay)
· Negative test of fewer than 72 hours old (PCR or antigenic test or self-test carried out under medical supervision)
· Positive RT-PCR test demonstrating recovery of Covid-19, at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old.

People who have not been vaccinated but have presented a negative PCR, antigen test or self-test will have to renew it every 72 hours to access our areas, including bars, restaurants, pools, and spas.

Children under 18 years old are not required to present a health pass."Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Hôtel à proximité du centre ville
Pros:

L intérieur de l hôtel est très beau. Les escaliers anciens ont gardé tout leur charme bien que les chambres sont modernes. La baignoire était bouchée mais les hôtesses sont intervenues très rapidement.

Cons:

Même si l hôtel se trouve à proximité du centre ville, il est dans une rue pas très bien fréquentée et plutôt « populaire »…

Would have been absolutely fine if we’d paid half the price.
Pros:

Beautiful staircase

Cons:

Didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. It was basic, the beds were uncomfortable, we had to wait for a table at breakfast, and the breakfast itself was wanting. The cappuccino from a machine tasted like hot chocolate.

Chambre très basique pour un 4 étoiles. Pas de prises électriques près du lit.
Salle de bain petite. L'hôtel est beau mais les chambres ne reflètent pas le standing.

Établissement avec du charme et des chambres spacieuses

Cons:

L’accueil n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles (le personnel interrompu notre check-in pour des soucis de planning)
Les poubelles sont évacuées pas la zone de restauration aux heures du petit déjeuné
Les “travaux” de maintenance, rebouchage des trous, fissures et peinture sont très mal fait

Magnifique écrin en plein centre ville
Pros:

Superbe accueil et magnifique hôtel particulier
Les chambres sont spacieuses et l’hôtel est très bien situé.

Cons:

2 petits bémol à améliorer
Le wifi était difficile à obtenir.
Le café dans les chambres, avec une Citiz Platinium Nespresso vous devriez mettre des capsules Nespresso et non des compatibles ;)

Agréable et pratique
Pros:

L'établissement est très bien situé. Les personnel est très aimable et serviable. La chambre est plutôt grande, propre et climatisée ce qui est un réel avantage en été. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et copieux. Le plus... une baignoire dans la salle de bain a été très appréciée.

Nice hotel in historic building
Pros:

Lovely old building, room was comfortable with a small terrace, breakfast was ok and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great location for all major attractions.

Sobre todo la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. Cama cómoda. Silencioso y tranquilo

Cons:

Aire acondicionado a nivel de la cama, falta de enchufes, de espacio…Dificultad para acceder con el coche.
