Affordable stay that is a short drive near downtown.
Pros:

The property was clean and nice. I really enjoyed the modern design throughout the property. I also really liked the music that plays throughout the property. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the adults only pool and the staff accommodated our request for a ground floor room by the adults only pool. We were close to the parking lot and the property isn’t far from downtown.

Cons:

The beds felt comfortable at first but when we went to sleep we didn’t sleep comfortably and woke up not feeling rested. The only other issue I would say is that the furniture at the adults only pool was dirty or ripped.

Wasn't happy
Pros:

I like that's it's still close to downtown palm spring, quick uber or drive. so good location. Other than that, that's it.

Cons:

Had been there years ago in the summer & it was great. The hotel has gone down hill. Not kept up. Pool area was not good, lounge chair cushions were old, stained. Porch of room was dirty and cushions seemed old.

It was pleasant. Great location. Rooms were clean. Disappointed with the amenities.
Pros:

The floors in the room were nice and cool with the epoxy. That was a great detail especially with the heat. I liked the private “porch” if that is what to call it with the swing outside the room.

Cons:

I didn’t like the open shower feature. Water gets everywhere and there is a draft. The gentleman checking me in could be more pleasant. He wasn’t rude at all. Just seemed very bored with his job. The pool was dirty and had things floating in it. Didn’t seem like it was cleaned at all. The hotel was also not busy at all. The hot tub was the same. We couldn’t find a way to turn on the jets.

Convenient location and good service

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. My room was spacious and spotless, and the hotel's convenient location near major landmarks made my stay truly exceptional.

My favorite place to stay in Palm Springs!
Pros:

Love the staff and how clean the rooms are. Our toilet was broken and the switched us to a different room immediately. Excellent customer service!!
