Please note that, unlimited access to PortAventura® Park is included (including both check-in and check-out dates), 1 access to Ferrari Land per person per stay is included, and discounts on Caribe Aquatic Park (subject to the planned schedule of park openings). Tickets to the Aquatic Park are not included. Please check our official website for the most up-to-date park opening dates and hours.

Please note that the charged of the first night of the reservation will be done in advance the same day of the reservation.

Please note that guests with reservations made under the bed and breakfast plan for the nights of December 24th and December 31st will not have access to other dining options at the hotels, as the restaurants will be exclusively operating for the Christmas Package and New Year's Eve Package for guests who have booked at least the Half Board plan (2 nights minimum stay).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

La entrada al hotel terrible 1 hora para poder acceder por largas colas en la espera del parque puesto a la gente se pone en el carril del acceso al hotel y deberíais de separar de una forma o otra para q se vean obligados a no invadir ese carril sea respetado y no lo terminemos pagando los huéspedes

La decoración y todo ambientado del oeste, el personal super amable y ,aunque es un hotel de los grandes con mucha gente, lo tienen todo muy bien orgnanizado

Cons:

Tener que pagar 2€ por cada toalla. Teniendo una tarifa de pensión completa y con noche y atracciones, si el hotel tiene piscina asumo que facilitan toallas para los huéspedes. Puedo entender la fianza o numero de targeta para tener un control y la gente no se las lleve, pero que te cobren 2 € con lo que ya pagas. Y quizas mejores ddscuentos para pases express . Pero en general todo bien

Ubicación cerca del Port Aventura. Y comodidad habitación..

Cons:

El buffet, poca variedad. Cola para coger comida en hora punta. Podría ser un pelín más grande para el comedor que es.
