Sauna is available only for exclusive use. The fee of PLN 50 per 1.5 hours applies and advance booking is required.

Pets are allowed only upon prior arrangement with the property. A fee starting from PLN 100 per night applies for the pet's stay. This fee does not cover the removal of extraordinary soiling or damage. Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja a z drugiej strony cisza. Pięknie urządzone pokoje z ekspresem do kawy , czajnikiem na herbatę . Czysto , przyjemnie . Polecam z całego serca .

Great breakfast, shame about the noise.
Pros:

Central location close to many restaurants and easy walk to Old Town. Great breakfast, one of the best we have had in Europe. Everything was clean and modern and in good working order.

Cons:

Our room overlooked a nightclub. I had to take sleeping tablet and use earplugs. We were eventually able to move to a room overlooking the street for the last 2 nights of our stay, which was a lot better, although we could hear thumping coming from the room above.

Czysty I bardzo wygodny hotel ale największym atutem tego hotelu jest zdecydowanie cały personel.Wszyscy bardzo kulturalni,uśmiechnięci i bardzo pomocni.Panie z restauracji zawsze uśmiechnięte i pomocne.Szczegolnie chciałam podziękować Pani Monice z recepcji za ogromną pomoc z transportem do Auschwitz oraz to że pomogła mi bardzo kiedy byłam w stresowej osobistej sytuacji.Pan Anton również pełen profesjonalizm oraz bardzo sympatyczna.Dziekuje również za miła niespodziankę w pokoju dla mojego partnera który obchodził urodziny.Jestescie wspaniali ❤️
