Hotel Perfect **** is located in the "Pure Transport Area". This means that you can not drive to the hotel. The exceptions are:

The nearest guarded car park is located 400 meters from the Perfect Hotel.

Sauna is available only for exclusive use. The fee of PLN 50 per 1.5 hours applies and advance booking is required.

Pets are allowed only upon prior arrangement with the property. A fee starting from PLN 100 per night applies for the pet's stay. This fee does not cover the removal of extraordinary soiling or damage. In the event that specialized room cleaning, upholstery washing, or repair of damage caused by the pet is required, the Guest will be charged an additional fee based on the cleaning service valuation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Ubicado en el barrio judio con muy buen ambiente tarde-noche y muy proximo al centro historico. Se puede ir andando (15-20 min) a la colina Wawel-old town y disfrutar del ambiente nocturno ya cerca de tu hotel. Personal muy muy agradable. Nos han facilitado todo lo que hemos pedido. Baño muy cómodo y habitacion amplia. Perfecto para mí

Cons:

Quizás lo unico...que es muy facil de resolver... tenian edredon de invierno y pasamos un poquito de calor durante la noche, por lo que tuvimos que poner el aire acondicionado

Perfect hotel and superb location
Pros:

The hotel Perfect is just amazing! The location, staff, food and room were beyond perfect and we would highly recommend to our friends and family. The staff went above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect.

Świetna lokalizacja, obiekt dobrze wyciszony. Pyszna kawa na śniadaniu :)
Pros:

Super lokalizacja w centrum dzielnicy Kazimierz. Bardzo dobrze wyciszony budynek i okna nic nie słychać z zewnątrz.

Cons:

Zbyt mała ilość pracowników do obsługi śniadań. Brak uzupełnienia zapasu kawy w pokoju hotelowym.

The hotel is close to so much, dining, walks, and the part of city it’s in has its unique charm. I also liked how quiet and relaxing it was, such a relaxing vibe overall. I used their sauna too, which was great, I booked my time and had the place to myself and it was very nice.

Cons:

I was confused about soap. Not trying to be petty, but the soaps were only those tiny squares and there was no soap dish and they kept getting stuck to the surfaces. Another thing was the cabs. I asked staff to call me a taxi to the airport and they did, and it showed up on time, but the driver didn’t seem to know that I was going to the airport and it took him ages to get out of the city and I arrived quite a bit later than I planned. I know taxi is not the hotel’s responsibility but I wanted more support particularly in the circumstances where there is a language barrier and most cab drivers don’t speak English, well mine didn’t and kept asking me questions in polish which I could not answer.
