Hotel Perfect **** is located in the "Pure Transport Area". This means that you can not drive to the hotel. The exceptions are:

The nearest guarded car park is located 400 meters from the Perfect Hotel.

Sauna is available only for exclusive use. The fee of PLN 50 per 1.5 hours applies and advance booking is required.

Pets are allowed only upon prior arrangement with the property. A fee starting from PLN 100 per night applies for the pet's stay. This fee does not cover the removal of extraordinary soiling or damage. Great hotel in a lovely city

Pros:

The location is good for the local area that has lots of bars and restaurants. It's about15/20 minutes walk to the old town and castle and the main tourist attactions.
The shower was hot.

Cons:

I would describe this place as a 5 star hostel rather than a hotel. Its true that it has all attributes of a hotel but it is Just true. Coffee maker in the room with supplies for 1 cup every day, no more, no milk only sugar nothing for diabetics . No tissues, A safe but no instructions on how to use it. 6 hangers in the single wardrobe for 2 people we got 2 more but there were no more in the hotel. The wardrobe door was broken so that you couldn't use the drawers inside. We reported it to the reception, they looked and said it wasn't their job but they would get someone to look at it. 6 days later we were still waiting. The breakfast consisted of masses of cold meat,fruit,nuts. In the corner was a hot plate with 2 fried egg, a spoonful of beans and a spoonful of scrambled egg. Both types of egg looked like they had been left from the previous day. The Coffee was good but the machine broke down twice while making my cup.

Pros:

Ubicado en el barrio judio con muy buen ambiente tarde-noche y muy proximo al centro historico. Se puede ir andando (15-20 min) a la colina Wawel-old town y disfrutar del ambiente nocturno ya cerca de tu hotel. Personal muy muy agradable. Nos han facilitado todo lo que hemos pedido. Baño muy cómodo y habitacion amplia. Perfecto para mí

Cons:

Quizás lo unico...que es muy facil de resolver... tenian edredon de invierno y pasamos un poquito de calor durante la noche, por lo que tuvimos que poner el aire acondicionado
