Die Preise für Getränke ist ziemlich sehr hoch wir zwei Gläser Sekt haben wir 80 georgische Lira zahlt so teuer wie in Sachau Hotel oder Mozart Kaffee in Wien.
Отличный завтрак 5+. Отличный открытый теплый бассейн. Шампанское на завтраке. Внимательный персонал. Ассортимент выбора на завтраке. Женщина шеф повар просто молодец.
Номера ...... Номера конечно хорошие большие но дыры на диванах, пятна на ковролине и диванах мебель уже обшарканная. Номера требуют косметического ремонта. Бассейн рано закрывается в 20:00 уже без за 20 минут до закрытия стоят на душой.
Очень жаль, что в отеле такого уровня царит такой бардак
Ресторан закрыт на спецобслуживание уже несколько дней подряд. Возникает вопрос: зачем я приехала в пятизвёздочный отель, если вечером вынуждена искать ресторан за его пределами или довольствоваться снек-баром? Как ресторан может быть закрыт на 2–3 дня для гостей отеля? А в остальные дни ещё и требуется предварительная запись через Facebook.
Такая же ситуация с бассейном. Отель продаёт отдельные входы для внешних посетителей, хотя бассейн и без того небольшой. В итоге постояльцы, заплатившие за проживание в пятизвёздочном отеле, не могут полноценно пользоваться бассейном, потому что он занят людьми со стороны. Тогда стоит честно писать, что это общественный бассейн, а не инфраструктура исключительно для гостей отеля.
С парковкой тоже возникли проблемы: по приезде пришлось ждать свободное место, хотя позже вечером половина парковки пустовала.
В результате гости платят цену пятизвёздочного отеля, но фактически остаются без ресторана, без бассейна и без гарантированной парковки. Именно поэтому я приняла решение съехать, хотя изначально планировала провести здесь две недели.
Поверьте, у вас очень много достойных конкурентов, и при таком уровне организации гости будут выбирать их.

We celebrated our wedding here 3 years ago, and now we were back. The place is great. Restaurants are good. Many locations to sit and relax in, with different experience. Views are great, both from the restaurants and from the lounge. It feels like a city within the city. You can do a work-out, nails, eat burger or pizza, taste wine with cheese, have a steak on the rooftop — whatever. And for each experience, you have a tailored location. Fantastic.
Transfer was good.
Spa is surprisingly good, the pool is fine. Breakfast is good and clears the bar of a 5 star breakfast, although the normal, human-made coffee costs extra.

Schoon en netjes onderhouden, alles wat je nodig hebt. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. I have been to many hotels in Georgia, as well as Marriott Bonvoy group hotels in other countries. This is the first time I've seen this in a hotel. It's dirty, the room stinks of cigarette smoke, as if it's been smoked here for several years, the bed linen also smells smoky, and it's impossible to sleep. There are no bathroom accessories in the room except towels and soap. The ceiling in the room looks like it's been flooded. I am very disappointed with this hotel. I don't recommend it.
