I am absolutely delighted with my stay at Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Tbilisi and one of the best hotels I have ever visited.

I have stayed at practically all of the leading five-star hotels in Tbilisi, including Paragraph Freedom Square, but Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace truly stands above the rest.

The level of service, hospitality, attention to detail, comfort, and professionalism of the staff was exceptional. Every member of the team made me feel genuinely welcome and valued.

Thank you for an unforgettable experience. You are truly the best in Tbilisi, and I will definitely return.

For a 2-day business trip, Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace worked really well
Pros:

Check-in was quick, the room was clean and quiet, and the Wi‑Fi was stable enough for video calls and work without any issues. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having a proper desk setup rather than trying to work from a small table.

Breakfast started early and had enough variety for a short stay. I also used the hotel for a couple of business meetings, and the staff were professional and responsive when we needed assistance.

The location is convenient if you need to move between the airport and the city, and getting a taxi was easy at any time of day.

This is not the newest hotel in Tbilisi, but it is well maintained and reliable, which is exactly what I look for on a short business trip. I would stay here again for work.
