Красивый, современный отель, на ресепшене всегда помогут решить любой вопрос. Вкусные завтраки, месторасположение недалеко от центра города.
Уборка в номере отсутствует, на мебели толстый слой пыли, которая летает в воздухе. За 5 дней проживания ни разу не вынесли мусор и туалетную бумагу. Дополнительное одеяло дали без пододеяльника. В целом чистота номеров оставляет желать лучшего. Уборщицы очень неприветливые и делают свою работу очень плохо. Еще огромный минус - отсутствие нормального интернета в номере, Wi Fi практически не работает, скорость очень медленная, у кого удаленная работа, работать просто не получится, приходилось раздавать точку доступа с телефона.

Muy lejos de los estándares de un hotel de 5 estrellas:
Ubicación: Muy apartado de zonas con vida o servicios.
Ruidos y limpieza: Limpieza justa en la habitación y el baño. Además, el atrio central genera un eco tremendo hacia los dormitorios, a lo que se suma el ruido constante en los pasillos.
Desayuno e higiene: Desayuno de calidad propia de un 3 estrellas y con fallos de higiene preocupantes, como ver al personal manipulando el bacon con las manos.
Servicio de restauración: Pésimo y desorganizado. Para cenar algo ligero tuvimos que pedir la comida en la cafetería y las bebidas en el bar. Al pedir cerveza de cañero no les funcionaba el barril y tuvieron que improvisar sacando botellas que encontraron por ahí; tampoco tenían el vino solicitado y nos dieron otro.
Una desorganización total. No repetiría.

The curtain couldn’t cover completely the window so in the morning there was a lot of sun coming in.
Our stay at the Sheraton had some positive aspects, particularly the good quality of the food, beautiful views, and convenient location.
Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage, and the receptionist did not provide the warm and hospitable welcome we expected. We were not greeted properly or even offered a seat while checking in. For a hotel of this standard, a more welcoming arrival experience would make a significant difference.
After we requested assistance, a bellboy eventually helped us with our luggage. However, there was a noticeable and unpleasant body odor that lingered in our room afterward. I mention this respectfully, as staff grooming and hygiene are important parts of the overall guest experience.
When we entered our room, we discovered that the electrical socket compatible with our charger was not working. We informed the bellboy, who assured us that maintenance would be notified. Unfortunately, no maintenance staff came during our entire stay, and the issue remained unresolved.
Housekeeping also came to clean our room at approximately 8:30 PM, which was already our resting time. It would be much more convenient if routine room cleaning could be scheduled during the morning or daytime unless the guest specifically requests evening service.
I would also suggest considering the installation of a bidet or handheld bidet spray in the bathrooms. Sheraton welcomes international travelers from many different cultures and countries, not only European guests, and this amenity is commonly used and appreciated by many guests worldwide.
We also availed ourselves of the exclusive lounge, but unfortunately, there was no staff member consistently available to assist guests when something was needed. For an exclusive lounge experience, having an attendant present would greatly improve the level of service.

My favourite in Tbilisi. The hotel is super comfortable and makes me feel home away home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as well.
