Overall my stay was good just wish the bed was comfortable and wish I didn’t have to go down stairs just to warm my food

Good location and close a variety of restaurants .

Cons:

No microwave in rooms, pillows were too soft that went flat when you laid on them. Mattress was very uncomfortable .

Lovely hotel, great staff, great location
Pros:

The staff was wonderful! The breakfasts were excellent! The room was lovely, but lacking a coffeemaker or a microwave.
Coffee and hot water are available 24/7 in the lobby, and a microwave is available in the lobby to heat food items. We were welcomed with our three dogs and had a lovely stay. I highly recommend staying at this Tru by Hilton hotel!

Cons:

The room had very poor lighting (very dim),.and there was no microwave or coffee-maker in the room
