Pros:

Lovely hotel, stayed 2 nights, 1st night we ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing,

Cons:

2nd night the restaurant was closed, if we had of known we would not have stayed, not a good area to have to go and find alternative food

L'accueil, un dessert personnalisé pour mon anniversaire et café offert, potence aux fruits frais, qualité des produits de la région et belle présentation, repas sous pergola matin et midi au top, serveur à l'écoute, la propriétaire de ce bel établissement nous a donné de bonnes adresses pour acheter vins et fromages...
Literie très confortable, chambre et salle de bain très correcte.
Nous avons adoré les petits espaces détente... (à découvrir) et l'air frais par ces grosses chaleurs...

Un vrai dépaysement.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, avec une superbe vue sur la vallée de Lapoutroie, pas très loin des lac blanc et lac noir. La température était un peu plus fraiche que dans la plaine d'Alsace (un luxe cet été).
La cuisine est excellente, bravo chef.
Super petit-dej.
Le personnel est très accueillant et efficace.

Très recommandable ( mais ne m'écoutez pas car vous allez augmenter la pression ...)
Pros:

Petit déjeuner avec des produits artisanaux de premier plan !! Pains extraordinaires, Confitures très originales, fromages et charcuterie mettant à l'honneur l'artisanat local... que du bon !
Les repas sont très copieux et d'excellente qualité...

Cons:

Peut-être la disponibilité d'une équipe, sérieusement stressée en conséquence du succès international que connaît cette Auberge... Mais ils gèrent plutôt bien la pression et avec humour !
