J'ai beaucoup aimé la chambre qui était très fonctionnelle avec tout un tas d'équipements (brosse à dents, peigne à cheveux, pyjama, etc). Tous les jours, les serviettes étaient changées.
Le personnel était très accueillant et était présent si besoin d'aide.
A 5 min à pieds du métro et 10 min environ de la gare Ueno. A une quinzaine de minutes à pieds du quartier Asakusa. Avec des supérettes toutes proches de l'hôtel. La localisation est idéale !
J'ai adoré séjourné dans cet hôtel.
Le seul bémol c'est qu'il n'y a pas de machines à laver. L'hôtel nous redirige vers une laverie à 5 minutes à pieds qui n'est pas chère du tout.
This was my first time staying at an APA Hotel and I really enjoyed it. Even before I arrived, I asked if I could have the pocket Wi-Fi shipped directly to the hotel, and they kindly accommodated my request. The staff was so kind and the rooms were small but adequate for sleeping, resting, and taking a shower. The location was very convenient—less than 5 minutes from the Ginza Line and well-connected to Ueno, Asakusa, and the Skyliner to the airport. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It’s a quiet area.
Last but not least, they stored my luggage for me after I checked out.

The only downside is that there's only one elevator and no stairs. I never had to wait very long, I was probably just lucky but a second elevator or some stairs would have been convenient.
Die Unterkunft liegt nahe der Ueno Station und ist sehr günstig.
Die Zimmer sind klein, eher auf 1 Person ausgelegt. Es ist nicht zu 100% sauber und unser Raum hat extrem nach Essen gerochen. Wahrscheinlich haben die Gäste vor uns dort Ramen gegessen, den Geruch bekommt man so schnell aus den Minizimmern nicht raus.
