It was an okay experience
Pros:

The room was good

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. I'd rather have less options and higher quality options. The road by the hotel was so loud it woke me up in the middle of the night several times. The shower could have been cleaned better and I wish the water pressure was better.

Great weekend stay!
Pros:

Great location with many restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. Rooms have mini fridge and running water near the coffee station in the room. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Would highly recommend!

Pros:

The room was nice enough and clean.

Cons:

The staff, particularly the front desk staff, was the most incredibly rude person I have ever encountered. Not just rude for the hospitality industry but rude for a person. The interaction we had with him put a damper on the whole experience. We've gotten better service through a Taco Bell drive thru. He was condescending, rude, and really just all around unpleasant.

Pros:

All the staff we encountered were welcoming and courteous. The buffet breakfast was good and the facilities were clean

Cons:

I wish it had an indoor pool to entertain the kids but there is plenty to do nearby like the zoo and indoor waterpark at Westerville Community Center

Do not go here to sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros:

HVAC next to bed was so noisy that I kept it off every night for my 3 night stay!!! When the bathroom door is in the bedroom area it needs to be quiet, my was not!! The clock light was so bright it was like a night light, that I do not want in my room when sleeping!! Do not use room 422!!

They want to scam, and told your payment is refunded with any email or proof, they want customers pay at property and than he have to claim to booking.com, very unprofessional

Room was clean, elevator extremely slow, breakfast was terrible. Sausage was awful, community bowl of yogurt with mashed up berries; no waffle machine, just frozen waffles
