Location, easy access to interstate, restaurants, gas station

Cons:

I requested two blankets twice, we did not get them until after calling the front desk at ten pm and no answer, going to the front desk n no answer, not finding anyone around, we walked around and found a older, short man n asked him, he was not friendly at all, he seemed bothered. I even used the ap for my request, i thought it was a simple request. Also on the fifth floor, three young boys continued to run in the hallways, I opened our door and asked them to not do that, with one adult out there allowing this. The breakfast was so great! The room was a king suite and the bed was comfy. The wellness room was nice.

Not very pleasant won’t book there again

I didn’t like the staff walked in our room unannounced saying they thought we were checked out also when we were leaving the lady at the front desk stopped us and said our card declined and wanted proof we paid but if that was the case why would we even be able to get the keys to the hotel room you have to pay before you stay. I showed her my bank statement on my phone and she said ok but that was so weird and it made me feel a way like we couldn’t pay and very embarrassing also the pool was outside the pictures shows an indoor pool

Totally loved this hotel, staff was exceptionally above and beyond, Breakfast Buffet was spot on.
Pros:

Very, very, Clean, spacious rooms, centrally located with restaurants in walking distance.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like.

Cons:

Was a little rundown. Breakfast had few options. The staff refilling the breakfast were not very polite and would just grab in front of people without using any kind of manners.Upon check in I asked to split the bill on 2 cards and was told I wouldn’t be charged until check out but that didn’t happen it was all billed to the card on fill from reservation.

Was a great place to stay !
Pros:

The room was large,comfortable and set up nicely. The staff was great. The free breakfast was good. Location was near restaurants and shopping. Offered outdoor seating areas.

Great Family Friendly Hotel
Pros:

Great staff, convenient location. We stay here every few months when visiting family. The location is safe and the hotel staff do remember you and make an effort to help.

Pros:

Everything. Even though I didn't use the hammock, fire pit or corn hole it was nice to have. The pool was awesome, with the available kids toys to borrow. The breakfast was very good.
