We had a great stay thank you
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic, staff was friendly and speedy. Everything was clean and comfortable!

Cons:

The pool outside was a bit dirty with leaves.

Not very pleasant won’t book there again

I didn’t like the staff walked in our room unannounced saying they thought we were checked out also when we were leaving the lady at the front desk stopped us and said our card declined and wanted proof we paid but if that was the case why would we even be able to get the keys to the hotel room you have to pay before you stay. I showed her my bank statement on my phone and she said ok but that was so weird and it made me feel a way like we couldn’t pay and very embarrassing also the pool was outside the pictures shows an indoor pool

Totally loved this hotel, staff was exceptionally above and beyond, Breakfast Buffet was spot on.

Very, very, Clean, spacious rooms, centrally located with restaurants in walking distance.

Cons:

Was a little rundown. Breakfast had few options. The staff refilling the breakfast were not very polite and would just grab in front of people without using any kind of manners.Upon check in I asked to split the bill on 2 cards and was told I wouldn’t be charged until check out but that didn’t happen it was all billed to the card on fill from reservation.

Was a great place to stay !
Pros:

The room was large,comfortable and set up nicely. The staff was great. The free breakfast was good. Location was near restaurants and shopping. Offered outdoor seating areas.

Great Family Friendly Hotel
Pros:

Great staff, convenient location. We stay here every few months when visiting family. The location is safe and the hotel staff do remember you and make an effort to help.

Pros:

Everything. Even though I didn't use the hammock, fire pit or corn hole it was nice to have. The pool was awesome, with the available kids toys to borrow. The breakfast was very good.

Overall, the staff were nice and polite, but I would not stay again.
Pros:

Hotel location/proximity to client site and the size of the room.

Cons:

The smell of the room - musty, and at different times quite a foul odor. Water pressure was very low in shower. Ice machine not working. And multiple police officers there to potentially vacate a resident on the floor in which my room was assigned. Considering I was traveling for business from out of state, I would not select this location again.

Quality and service collapse
Pros:

I’ve stayed at this property a few times now. The last couple of times were pretty good everything you would expect out of a hotel like this one, plus some. On this trip, unfortunately, the quality of service and the overall appeal were so bad that I don’t think we will be returning here for business anytime soon or ever. I hope that management here can find a way to get it back to the way it was because it truly was a decent property.
