الفندق ممتاز الاسعار جيده الموقع جيد
خدمه التنطيف والاداره غير مقبول تطلب تنظيف الغرفه اكثر من مره ولا احد يجيب

Cons:

خدمه التنظف فاشله لاياتي التنظيف الابعد ان تطلب تنظيف الغرفه ويمكن ان يصل في نهايه اليوم

تعامل الموظفين كان جيد حيث تم ترقية الغرفة واعطونا وقت اضافي للخروج

المكان ليس نظيف والسجادة وسخه جداً
وفيه رائحة سيئة في الغرفه مثل رائحة التدخين رغم اني اخترت غرفة لغير المدخنين

​Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel dans cet établissement. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la propreté irréprochable des lieux, mais ce qui fait le vrai point fort de cet hôtel, c’est indéniablement la qualité de son personnel.

​Un immense merci à Simran et Reshan pour leur accueil particulièrement chaleureux et attentionné, qui nous a tout de suite permis de nous sentir les bienvenus.

​Mention spéciale également pour le petit-déjeuner : le service de Shwe a été un pur bonheur dès le matin. Non seulement elle s'est montrée d'une grande réactivité, mais son sourire permanent a illuminé le début de nos journées.

​Un grand bravo et un grand merci à tout l'hôtel pour cette expérience mémorable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
