Pros:

The suite was very beautiful, comfortable, and spacious with a luxurious view. The swimming pool was relaxing and clean, and the room service was excellent. I felt at home for a moment, and if I were to return to Dubai, I would definitely choose the same room again, especially since they surprised me on my birthday with a lovely cake.

Cons:

I would have preferred if I could have used YouTube or Netflix.

El lugar es lindo y tal, el baño un lujo total. Espacioso, con buenas vistas.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó del lugar fue el desayuno, poco saludable, jugos de máquinas, no tenían variedad de frutas y para rematar olvidé algo en el hotel que no me lo querían devolver, envié correos, mostré mi reservación, mi código de reserva, volvieron a tomar los datos de mi pasaporte y aún así no quisieron devolverme el objeto olvidado , todo un protocolo de mierd**, el personal cero amable y ni siquiera hablaban bien inglés!

Very good 10/10
Pros:

The room we stayed in was a suite, everything was clean, well-organized and pleasant. The staff and service were excellent, close to both the airport and central locations in the city, definitely good value for money.

Unfortunately, I did not have a comfortable stay
Pros:

Okay location

Cons:

● The room felt extremely cramped. I’m not sure why such a large dining table was placed in the middle, as it made the space feel even smaller.
● The bathroom had no door, which was surprising and significantly affected privacy.
● There was a blinking red light in the room throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
● Most of the flooring was tile with very few carpets, making the room uncomfortably cold.
● Service was also very slow. Simple requests, such as asking for extra towels or assistance from a bellboy, took much longer than expected.
Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations in terms of comfort or service.
● Parking was all the way in B3 only

Pros:

The hotel is very nice. All the staffs are very attentive. Especially housekeeping team is working very hard keep my room clean and tidy every day. Housekeeping supervisor Raj is very good.

Good location, easily access to all the attractions. Raj and his team is alway ready to help.

Cons:

Everythig is good but one thing that I really need to highlight is the corridor is clean but there is a smell and the corridor has a ventilation issue also warm than other areas. Believe the Ac is functioning well in the corridor.
