Location to downtown area.

Cons:

They changed $100 extra because I lived around the area. The managers expressed dislike for local residents, even though we chose a hotel to stay in due to my sister’s out of town visit for her birthday. The manager went inside our room to check for damage before she’d return the cash deposit. It was very strange.

There is a lot of differed maintenance and it shows. The tub was crusty and the bathroom overall needs a remodel. Loose tiles, mold in the grout, etc.
