Hard to park and enter lot
Had to switch rooms because first room smelled terribly, like chemicals. Thank you to the staff for accommodating request to switch rooms, however the second room had a situation in which it was apparent somebody had previously urinated into the air conditioner, so when it was turned on (which was necessary due to the temperature) a whole new odor persisted throughout the room. On top of that the walls were terribly thin. And, sheets had stains.

There was water actively leaking from the ceiling in our bathroom! When we went back to the front desk, they told us there was nothing they could do, the hotel was booked. We asked for at least a bucket to catch the water & nope, didn't even get that! There was nothing else close around open or we would've left, it was absolutely ridiculous. And to completely get blown off about it???? The guy didn't even send maintenance, housekeeping, nothing...I've never run into that before and I travel for work for a living, blew my mind. Contacted customer service and haven't heard anything back, so, no customer service to speak of whatsoever. For $180, there is waaaaaay better hotels around...don't spend that much for this place, it's horrible.

Tutto generalmente poco pulito. Capelli in bagno e sul letto, asciugamano sporco di rossetto.
Il motel si trova abbastanza vicino al centro pulsante della città. Si raggiunge in 15-20 minuti. La stanza era molto grande anche se andrebbe un po' rinnovata.
L'unica finestra da direttamente sul corridoio di passaggio quindi sempre tende tirate. La vista parcheggio non è proprio il massimo e il bagno andrebbe rinfrescato. Il pavimento era appiccicoso.
I liked the room size and cleanliness.
The location seemed close to downtown on the map but it wasn't I didn't feel very safe walking to/from downtown as a solo woman traveller. There was no coffee, or tea in the room or at the reception desk the receptionists were unfriendly.

In the morning I woke up with bites on my arm and bugs in my bed . The bathtub was dangerous.
