Bad customer service!
Pros:

Good location for walking to town center.

Cons:

The person at the reception was not helpful when the booking.com reservation was having issues. Instead of contacting booking.com and resolving the issue, he made us spend an hour in the reception trying to contact booking.com.

We appreciated the location and price but had to Uber to get laundry done and when you are staying for 10 days that is a

Cons:

No laundry, no handrails n bathroom, noisy aircon, two dining chairs but no sofa or comfy chairs, mould in grout in bathroom, asked for ground floor rooms (as have a disability) but that didn’t happen
