Pleasant room, but not great food at dinner.
Pros:

Short and sweet
Pros:

Breakfast was top notch, staff accommodated me when I arrived early so I could do remote work for 4 hours in the big dining room whilst a ladies function morning was going on next door

Cons:

nothing I got what I paid for and what I expected it was a fair price for everything overall

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Room was well decorated, clean and comfortable. Food was good and good value for money. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was good for a break in our journey and meeting up with family

Cons:

Didn't use the WiFi as it was with a private company which wanted information from us which they might use to pass on to other people and then bombard us with advertising.

Great position, good room and staff that go above and beyond to help. Will come again
Pros:

Breakfast was booked in advance but on arrival we were told there would be no chef on Christmas morning therefore no breakfast. When I mentioned I had bed and breakfast throughout the stay, we were told there could be a continental breakfast served to our room on 25th. We agreed to this and went to get our bags from the car. On return to the hotel we were told by manager that he could provide us with a cooked breakfast on all days and what time would we like to eat? Obviously a miscommunication that was quickly resolved. Brilliant service

Cons:

Room was a little noisy from road traffic until about midnight, but nothing to keep us awake all night. The room was clean and well equipped but the hot water tap was a little hit and miss for turning on/off and the hot water took a very long time to run through “Hot”

Would recommend for business stay
Pros:

Staff professional and polite. Rooms clean and tidy, food a bit on the pricey side. But, all in all a good and enjoyable stay
