Great for a short stay in south Edmonton
Pros:

Good breakfast, gluten free options.
Sound proof rooms
Close to shopping/dining

Cons:

Bed was comfortable enough but lacking in pillows although a call to guest services probably would remedy it.
TV had a good picture however minimal channels and a most annoying menu .

Great.
Pros:

The pool, gym and laundry facilities are good and convenient. Room is big and spacious. Free breakfast.

Cons:

Housekeeping tells you what time they can clean your room eg. I only work until 1 or finish half day. So when they knock by 10, they want you out or you’ll have to pass and wait until next time. Housekeeping is every other day only.

Perfect location, and what a massive shout-out to the Receptionist(s) at the front desk. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made our arrival seem less.Truly exceptional customer service.

The room was extremely very nice and clean, beds incredibly comfortable more than we expected.

Top notch and delicious breakfast buffet, we really enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely come. Our 3 nights stay was not enough.

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Value for money and amazing staff. The breakfast was good as well. Pool and hot tub were nice relaxing place for the kids.
