Convenient Location & Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Check in required a call to a very helpful lady who gave us the required information & was very quick to offer recommendations for local eateries or if we needed any help at all just to call. Our room was very clean & comfortable & great value for a quick one night stay on the road.

a lovely space - Tina was wonderful when I locked myself out !!

Cons:

I think there was a frog living in the unused pool - he was rather noisy through the night..

Bad feedback and no response from booking.com
Pros:

The 2 bedroom apartment was clean

Cons:

The bed broke at midnight and we slept on the couch. Not nice for 70 year olds. Couldn’t get a hold of any staff in the morning but after numerous calls we got a response and we were supposed to get a refund through virtual booking.com. Still waiting after 8 days!!

Pros:

We would like to thank Tina for all her help in rearranging the room when she realised that my wife was partially disabled and could not climb stairs easily.

Clean and Tidy, good value for money.
Pros:

Very clean and tidy with a lovely large bathroom. Beds were comfortable and in room amenities good too

Cons:

Seating was the only downside. There were four chairs, but they were wooden 'folders' which weren't any good for relaxing in. Difficult to read in bed as the above bed shelving gets in the way.

Pros:

Tina was wonderful, the room was clean, however the bed was terrible, the restaurant hasn't been operating for sometime. Unfortunately would never stay there again.
