Pros:

Bohaté a chutné raňajky, papierové utierky v kúpeľni vratanie hygienickych potrieb, sprchového gélu.
Dostali sme izbu s balkónom odkiaľ bol nádherný výhľad na večerné mesto.

Cons:

Aj keď sme mali veľkú manželskú posteľ, bol na nej len jeden paplón, síce bol veľký ale uvítali by sme skôr dva paplóny, pre každú osobu osobitne.

Zimmer waren neu und sauber.

Cons:

Es war kein Parkplatz vorhanden. Es war beschrieben das Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Wir mussten ins Parkhaus wo 20 Minuten weg war. Und es kostet noch 60 Euro dazu.

Terrible parking experience, extra charges, withheld deposit.
Pros:

​The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was okay, though very basic with limited choices.

Cons:

​Parking Chaos & Extra Costs: We booked with parking, but upon arrival, reception claimed there were no spaces left and sent us to another hotel a 20-minute walk away, where we were overcharged. We also had to pay for parking at our own hotel! The next day a spot opened at our hotel, but the entrance was so narrow our car barely fit. Extremely frustrating and an unnecessary extra charge.

​Unreturned Deposit: A security deposit was withheld from us and still hasn't been refunded!
​Poor Hygiene: We found someone else's blood on the bed linens! The room was only partially clean and was not cleaned at all for the second day of our stay.

​Uncomfortable Extra Bed: The child's fold-out bed was in terrible condition and completely uncomfortable.

​Overcrowded Breakfast Area: Due to a lack of seating, half of the guests had to stand in line and wait for a table to eat breakfast

Cons:

Staff not very friendly or accommodating , requests ignored despite saying it would be granted, no heating as advertised. Not as close to centre as it says , fridge illuminated while room so didnt sleep well , noise at 6.30 am from buildings , unable to get iron and ironing board , lack of pillows , everything seemed too much trouble

Pros:

Die Lage fanden wir super - ruhig, nicht im Trubel der Altstadt, aber zu Fuß ist alles gut erreichbar. Es gibt einige Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Es empfiehlt sich, bei Bedarf einen Parkplatz vorab zu reservieren, denn es gibt nicht allzuviele.

Foarte bine!
Pros:

Foarte bine. Zonă liniștită cu un parc drăguț in apropiere. Aproape de statia de tramvai. Mic dejun intr-o ambianță plăcută!

Parcare cu plată la ceva distanta de hotel.

Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war toll.

Cons:

Die Matratze ist nur 200x80 cm groß und es ist sehr laut im Hotel, wegen der automatischen Türschließer. Die Türen knallen deswegen.
