Calling at 8:30 am while you still are at sleep to let you know check out is at 11:00 and disabling the room card key way before check out time.

Location was pretty close to where I wanted to be. Clean and comfortable. Gated parking underneath.

Pros:

Did not have.

Cons:

Kinda old looking in the parking garage. Very tight to get in and out. Elevator although clean. It's shows it's pretty old. Same as the stair well. It's needs to be repainted.

Parking garage was dimly lit. And roof leaks when raining.

Only if you REALLY need to stay here for one night and leave the very next day

Close to all the other hotels and food Court,

Cons:

Nobody was actually there, virtual assistance was very useless and wouldn't be any help if you need anything changed/fix in person. Sheets/pillows had weird smell and windows were screwed shut, AC would make weird high pitched noise (which was never addressed).

Pros:

La habitación cumple con las fotografías, todo limpio y en orden, el personal fue paciente y amable. La ubicación no está mal, me quedé dos noches y durante el día recorrí partes de la ciudad a pie o tomando el Marta (que no recomiendo si se hace muy de tarde, entonces sí usen uber porque en toda la zona hay mucho homeless).

Pros:

I've stayed here many times. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning is nice and cold. The parking garage seems very secure. It is a short Uber ride from the Centennial Park area of downtown.

Cons:

I hate dealing with a kiosk instead of a human being. Also the fact that the key cards deactivate before checking out, when they are required to enter the parking garage to leave, is ridiculous and short-sighted. It makes leaving a real hassle. There were multiple customers experiencing this exact same problem at the same time during our last stay.
