Really not impressed…
Pros:

Well, it was an OK stay, but really nothing to write home about. I didn’t like how long it took to check in and to check out. The rooms were not really overwhelming for the money they charge. I especially disliked the fact that they offered me a one category upgrade ,being a diamond member, as if it would mean nothing to them. I actually had a reservation for eight days, but fortunately I do reservations in 2 day steps so after the first block of two nights,I just canceled the rest. In total, I have to say that I would not come back to this one as it is very small, the reception staff was not very welcoming at all, first ignored you then listlessly said hi, ah …and the whole area is noisy and not really beautiful. There are much better hotels in better areas at half the price. Well done, Sofitel, you just flunked the class

Sehr schönes Gebäude- aber 650 Dollar im Standard Zimmer für 2 Stern Service überrissen
Pros:

Tolles historisches Gebäude, sehr schöner Innenhof

Cons:

Preis/Leistung ungenügend - Check in nicht wie versprochen Meldung, wenn Zimmer bereit ist, mehrfach gewünschte Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes ignoriert, lange Wartezeiten beim Zimmer Umzug...

Posizione eccellente.
Camera ben arredata , pulita e sufficientemente spaziosa. Colazione buona e varia ma potrebbero migliorare alcuni aspetti.C’è stato un piccolo problema con l’utilizzo della palestra, ma è stato prontamente risolto dalla manager Angela.

stolen jewerly form the luggage
Pros:

I was a guest of this hotel in May 2026 and while my luggage was being stored in the designated room, all my jewelry was stolen from my luggage. The hotel management was indifferent and superficial, refusing to provide me with the necessary details to conduct an investigation and resolve the situation. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, which covers up its own crimes.

Pros:

Приветственные чаи и фрукты в номере

Cons:

1. Поселили в номер, где напротив была дискотека, невозможно было спать. Номер поменяли по просьбе, но зачем изначально селить в такие номера, когда есть тихие такой же категории и ждать, когда придут с жалобами.
2. Шумоизоляция с улицы плохая
3. На стойке не приняли доллары, пол утра проездила по обменникам, по итогу оказалось, что доллары все же принимают, просто человек на ресепшене посчитал, что для нас будут не подходящий курс и поэтому сказал, что они не принимают. По итогу, мы убили 2 часа времени из-за некомпетентности менеджера на стойке.
