Fantastic experience from the first step inside the hotel until the last.
The location was supreme.
The breakfast was not good at all. We ordered two smoked salmons and I wish I hadn´t ordered it. I also believe you should have a physical menu.

Hotel bonito, quarto confortável e bem localizado.
Tive problema no checkin onde não foi localizado a minha reserva mesmo mostrando on-line no booking. Funcionário totalmente despreparado, entendo que erros acontecem mas ele não parecia querer resolver o meu problema, ficou questionando como se duvidasse da reserva, pediu que enviasse cópia e foi bastante desrespeitoso quando interrompeu o meu atendimento para receber e iniciar o checkin de um casal que chegou após a mim. Tive que pedir para que ele finalizasse pq eu estava cansada. Um descaso total. Além disso ele não manteve o valor informado na reserva via booking, o que gerou bastante insatisfação mesmo tendo mencionado algumas vezes e mostrado o valor na reserva.

O fato de me terem cobrado a 100% antes da minha chegada ao hotel e isso não estar claro no momento da reserva. Creio também que há que revisar o tema da segurança como um todo.
