Pros:

Staff made sure the rooms were clean during our stay and the location is great.

Cons:

Not a big deal but TV is outdated and barely any channels. Also, the draining in the tub was a bit slow.

Location is great, the hotel needs some upkeep. Photos look better than it is.
Pros:

Location was great, the smores packages, the games room.

Cons:

Needs a bit of maintenance and upkeep, staff were not very helpful, room was small and had to book a second room to accommodate a family of 4.

Pros:

Location to Fishermans Wharf was great. Hotel had a great vibe and the outside area with the games and firepits was great. Smores were a nice touch. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It was also great having the restaurant and bar attached. I would recommend this hotel more for a family than a couple.

Cons:

Rooms are pretty rundown and It was hard to open the balcony door. The walls are super thin and you can hear the pipes at all times of the night. Getting a waterfront balcony room was a mistake as the balcony literally sits in the car park and the construction on the wharf starts very early every morning and is very loud. If you do get a balcony room I would recommend requesting the top floor so you are above the car park.

Location excellent and room was clean and tidy and spacious

Cons:

If i am being picky Gym lacked resistence equipment and was a bit small and crowded with 4 or more people. Airconditioner in room was not cool enough.

I like that the room was very clean.

Cons:

I did not like it because the hotel smelled like marijuana; I when we arrived, I waited 20 minutes maybe more in line to check in because they had only one front desk employee.

Pros:

Great location , comfortable beds and pillows .. the outside games and facilities are great and the Smores kits are a great bonus .. really enjoyed our stay

Cons:

The room itself needs a little update and spring clean , the tile boarders in the bathroom need a good clean and so does the white cupboards

Cons:

Confusione in camera, luce che filtrava dalle finestre, pulizia scarsa. Abbiamo trovato anche gli stracci per pulire sparsi per camera, pigiami buttati in terra.
