The swimming pool is full of green mold and I found empty cigarette packs under the bed so I know the rooms were not cleaned. I left the I left the cigarette packs under there on the first day to see if they would clean the room the second day… And the cigarettes were still there until we checked out two days later
The staff is amazing. Miss Shannon is an absolute dream.

NO HOT WATER IN BATHROOM SINK. When I told them at checkout the lady was like oh no you just ha e to push down, it works, it's just fine. No, it was not fine and her flippant attitude made it worse. Very stupid that no body else knew? She should have taken $ off my bill right there.

The staff, common area facilities, and breakfast were all fantastic.
The water temp in the shower was inconsistent, the AC didn’t work hardly making the room close to too warm for our toddler and infant, the elevators seemed to need daily fixing.
Breakfast was great, location is a little run down, but overall was good.
Older facility but it should be good for 1 or 2 nights stay.

Really liked this facility! Our room was a true suite with a separate living/work space and sleeping space. Breakfast had a made-to-order omelette bar which was very nice. Beautiful interior design and friendly staff made this hotel our best stay on a long road trip!
There wasn’t anything not to like!
I would not recommend staying at this hotel based on my experience during a 120-day stay.
Throughout my stay, I had repeated interactions with Nate at the front desk that I found to be unprofessional. He frequently made inappropriate comments, spoke disrespectfully to both guests and fellow employees, and created an unwelcoming atmosphere. I reported these concerns to management on several occasions. Tina, the Front Desk Manager, assured me multiple times that the issue would be addressed, but no meaningful action was ever taken. I also brought these concerns to the General Manager, Delma, yet the behavior continued without correction.
In addition to the customer service issues, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. There were ongoing problems with cockroaches, flies, and ants in the kitchen and bar areas that were never adequately addressed.
I also witnessed another guest raising concerns about hotel staff and management. Rather than handling the complaint professionally, the General Manager laughed in the guest’s face. It was disappointing to see such a lack of respect for customer concerns, and no corrective action appeared to be taken.
Housekeeping was also inconsistent. My room was often not cleaned thoroughly, empty plates and glasses were left behind, trash was not removed, and I frequently had to make multiple calls before requests were completed.
The most serious issue involved my reservation. When there was a problem with my booking agency, Tina chose to charge my credit card directly instead of working with the agency to resolve the matter. As a result, I am now pursuing legal action to recover my money.
The only consistently positive part of my stay was the bar staff. David, Ty, and Crystal were exceptional throughout my time at the hotel. They consistently went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, provide outstanding service, and ensure everyone was well taken care of. Their professionalism and kindness were the primary reason I remained at the hotel as long as I did.
Unfortunately, the overall lack of professionalism, poor management, unresolved maintenance issues, and inadequate customer service overshadowed the positive efforts of a few dedicated employees. I will be contacting corporate to formally share my experience.
