Poco orientado al cliente, parking de precio desorbitado e instalaciones correctas pero de hotel de 3 estrellas, especia

Localización ideal

Cons:

Check in lento y muy burocrático. El que te carguen un importe de 150€ en la tarjeta en forma de depósito me resulta molesto y ofensivo. Lo peor es que tras dejar el hotel este cargo tarda de 5-10 días en devolverlo en la tarjeta. Algo absolutamente inaceptable.

Pros:

Fijn dat ze ons een upgrade hebben gegeven van de kamer. Het was een top uitzicht op de stad & de Erasmusbrug, schone kamers, goed bed, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Soms hoor je wat lawaai van buiten.

very short, just over night
Pros:

The sourdough sandwich I got was fantastic. and the waitress was very helpful and pleasant in the restaurant by the elevators.
Nice walk across the street and close to the cruise terminal.

Cons:

It was a little difficult to get wi-fi and the room should have been facing more toward the waterway than the streets since I paid for a deluxe room with a view.
