La ubicación es fantástica. Muy buen desayuno. La relación precio/calidad es excelente.

Cons:

Debido a su ubicación excepcional (en una fortaleza), hay que cargar con las maletas un buen trecho (aunque esto es inevitable y no tiene nada que ver con la excelente calidad del hotel). El camino hasta el hotel podría estar mejor señalizado.

Frühstücksangebot gut, Kaffee mittel, aber leider späteres Büffettangebot Wurst+Käse ausgedünnt, Frühstückspersonal war sehr gefordert,Flair einer Mittelalterburg gut gepflegt, aber wenig ins Hotel integriert,insgesamt tolle Historie Burg und Museum,sehr stil- und naturnah sensibilisierte Burgpflege, Kronach lohnt sich...besser vor Ort erlebt.

Cons:

knallende Türen, Zimmerheizung zentral blockiert aber vom Hausteam schnell reagiert um den Zugriff auf Heizung nach der Kritik freizugeben, trotz gelesenen mehrmaligen Gästehinweisen keine Reaktion auf inzwischen ergänzt installierter Badhaken,im Zimmer 2012 im Bad dauerhaft Faulgasse aus Abfluss-mit Handtuch auf Duschabfluss etwas gebremst,

Die Festung ist ein Highlight! Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht.
Pros:

Lage ist super, Burg ist in einem wunderbaren Zustand, Hotel ist schön saniert. Ungewöhnliche Location. Frühstück war lecker.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit der Toilette ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. In der Dusche waren Schimmelflecken. Unschön fanden wir, dass der Fernseher keinen Dienst hatte. Auf Nachfrage sagte man uns, das wäre bekannt. Warum sagt man das dem Gast nicht bei der Anmeldung frage ich mich?
