La chambre avec vue sur la lagune toute neuve.
La master suite vieillissante avec la climatisation en panne et fuite au plafond quand il pleut. Nous avons passé 2 nuits sans Clim puis on a changé de chambre.
Me encantó todo, las instalaciones, la decoración, el entorno, la cama comodísima, la ubicación, la amabilidad del personal, es un hotel pequeño y muy bonito

L emplacement est idéal pour cet hôtel auprès de la lagune. Le coin piscine est très sympa. Il est possible de réserver des balades privées soit en voilier soit en bateau à moteur. Nous recommandons Emanuel notre skipper!
Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre cabane sous un toit en paille. Le toit ne filtre pas les moustiques ni le son qui provient de la route . Prévoir des boules quies et répulsifs dans cette chambre. Le petit déjeuné est un peu limité.
Les chambres sont belles et confortables. Propreté impeccable.
Emplacement parfait face au lagon. Très joli jardin. personnel très souriant et sympathique.
Nous avons trouvé qu'il manquait un peu de chaises longues et de parasols autour de la piscine et devant le lagon. L'info sur quand on doit régler les consommations n'est pas toujours claire. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir tout payer au moment du check out.

Petit déjeuner uniquement avec des œufs et un peu de toast confitures et fruits un petit effort pourrait été fait aucun jus par exemple
Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Direkter Zugang zur Lagune mit gratis Kajak/ SUP. Das Hotel ist klein und liegt sehr ruhig.
Nach unserer Reklamation bemühten sich die Angestellten sehr und waren zuvorkommend.
Unser Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt 3 Gebäude und unser Zimmer befand sich im ältesten. Der Boden löste sich, Teppiche waren mit Flecken, Duschtücher fehlten und wurden 3h später geliefert. Die Fenster waren nicht komplett dicht, trotz Mückennetz davor. Auch die Tür hatte einen Spalt und so waren im Zimmer auch Mücken. Ein zusätzliches Mückennetz über den Betten wäre sinnvoll.
Das inklusive Frühstück ist minimal und genügt kaum. Preis/ Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht...ausser man hat vielleicht das Glück im "neusten" Haus ein Zimmer zu bekommen.

We stayed in the treehouse, first night an animal tried to come through the roof and woke us up! But the staff fixed it, and then the air con unit broke, but also they fixed that. Need to have drawers or storage Aa nowhere to unpack!
Great location. Close to beach club/nice water. 8min taxi ride to el centro.
Restaurant was a bit over priced for what it was. No free coffee or refills. Coffee was one of those latte, coffee, cappuccino machines all in one (not the best by far).

La prima sera abbiamo dovuto far cambiare le lenzuola perché erano sporche e non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di assistenza nel trasporto dalla stazione del treno all’hotel.
The setting is lovely,. Our room was great. Very new and modern with wonderfuls views of the lake and outside patio. My daughter’s room was in the next building and although fine was obviously older and not quite a 5* feeling.
Grounds were lovely. Lake access was good but if the hotel is full then too little. The free kayaks/paddle boards are perfect.
We had a rental car, so the 8-minute drive to the center was not a problem for us.
The staff was very helpful and supported us with booking our private boat trip on the lake. I would recommend it. The captain altered the schema to meet our needs.
Book a room in the newer building for a much better experience. Restaurant was in the middle of the grounds, with no views of the lake.

Everything about this hotel was perfect from the friendly staff, the views, and the breakfast. The staff members gave us some recommendations of things to do around town. I had an amazing back massage at the spa; The Massage Therapist were experienced. I highly recommend this Lagoon Front hotel.
