The level of noise coming from the surrounding streets is unacceptable, with loud music from nearby bars continuing late into the night every day. The rooms have no shutters or proper blackout curtains, so even after a disrupted night's sleep, guests are woken up early by sunlight streaming into the room.Service has also fallen short of expectations. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for assistance with arranging a taxi through reception, I was ultimately told to walk to the taxi stand and find one myself. Overall, considering the price point, the experience simply does not match the expectations of a boutique hotel. While the property is clean and well-maintained, it feels more like a basic three-star hotel geared toward couples rather than a family-friendly hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful! So calming atmosphere, colors and full of blooming flowers!
Swimming pool is amazing, our room was on the first floor and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, good choice of food. The location is very nice- the sea is 5 min walk!

Cons:

The cleaning services were little bit strange, as everyday they came at different time, 1pm/3pm/4pm, and it was not very comfortable as this is the time when everyone wants to have rest

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Kassandra Hotel in Ölüdeniz und sind rundum begeistert!
Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Das gesamte Team ist aufmerksam, stets hilfsbereit und sorgt mit seiner gastfreundlichen Art dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlt.
Lage: Einfach perfekt! Man ist superschnell am wunderschönen Strand und mitten im Ort mit all seinen Restaurants und Geschäften, hat aber im Hotel trotzdem eine angenehme und entspannte Ruhe.
Zimmer & Sauberkeit: Die Zimmer sind blitzsauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Betten sind extrem bequem und die Zimmerpflege war jeden Tag top.
Service & Pool: Der Poolbereich ist wunderbar gepflegt – ideal, um nach einem Strandtag oder einem Ausflug die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Auch das Frühstück war frisch, vielseitig und super lecker!
Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Boutique-Hotel. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll im Boho-Stil eingerichtet und hat eine gemütliche, entspannte Atmosphäre. Außerdem war das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.
Die Lage ist hervorragend: Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt.
Das Frühstück war gut und für ein Boutique-Hotel absolut ausreichend. Die Auswahl ist zwar nicht riesig, aber es ist alles vorhanden.
Insgesamt können wir das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Besonders für Paare oder Alleinreisende, die ein ruhiges, stilvolles und sauberes Boutique-Hotel suchen, ist es eine sehr gute Wahl. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern würden wir es eher weniger empfehlen, da es keine speziellen Angebote wie einen Baby-Pool, Wasserrutschen oder einen Kinderbereich gibt.

We had a wonderful stay at Kassandra Oludeniz and would happily come back.

The hotel has a truly unique Greek island vibe that makes it feel cozy, charming, and different from the typical resorts in the area. Every corner is beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

The service was impeccable. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

A special mention goes to the restaurant. The cuisine was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We looked forward to every meal.

Cons:

The only thing worth mentioning is that, it can occasionally get a bit noisy from the bar next door, especially in the evenings. It’s something to be aware of, but it certainly did not spoil our overall impression of the hotel.
