Soggiorno bellissimo, che ricorderemo come uno dei migliori degli ultimi anni.
Pros:

Hotel bellissimo , facilmente raggiungibile, parcheggio sul posto, molto verde intorno. Siamo arrivate la sera tardi, accolte da fontane con giochi di luce, tutto illuminato a giorno, sembrava di entrare in una fiaba. Check-in rapidissimo, personale alla reception super gentile. Avevamo prenotato una camera executive, quindi 35 mq di spazio organizzato in maniera molto funzionale. Armadio e cassetti molto capienti, un mini bar con di tutto e di più, bollitore e ampia scelta di tisane e caffè, scrivania e zona salotto con tavolino e poltrone, Bagno abbastanza grande, cabina doccia super capiente, insomma un bellissimo alloggio.
Colazione molto varia e abbondante, con cibi salati e dolci davvero per tutti i gusti. Per la cena, un ristorante e un ottimo bar con una scelta di piatti notevole.

Cons:

Tutto ottimo, ma se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da dire, ecco, avrei preferito qualche mensola e/o piano d’appoggio in più in bagno, i letti (molto comodi) con materassi un po’ meno alti e pavimenti senza moquette. Ma in questo caso, sarebbe stato tutto perfetto e noi sappiamo che la perfezione non esiste, quindi il mio giudizio resta sempre 10 e lode. Hotel consigliatissimo e se avremo occasione di ritornare a Zagabria, sarà senz’altro l’hotel che sceglieremo.

Casino sur place pour les joueurs (tables et machines à sous) même si on préfère l' ambiance en France
Restaurant très cosy , très belle portion et de qualité
Petit déjeuner de qualité même du vrai miel à gratter
Le personnel est partout très agréable
Parking sur place
Hotel parfait pour étape finale avant de reprendre l'avion

Cons:

Bar, pas de cocktails possible ni snacks
Dommage car cadre sympa

Ventilation Vmc dans la salle de bain très bruyante
Heureusement elle se coupe quand on éteint la lumière🤗

Tolles Hotel, leider einige Mängel

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles da was das Herz begehrt, das Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig, waren aufgrund einer Hochzeit dort, das Hotel war in der Nähe

Cons:

Erster Punkt: Leider kann man mit Beschwerden dort nicht umgehen: nach dem Abendessen ging es uns sehr schlecht, und es war definitiv das Essen. Wollten mit dem Personal darüber sprechen, kam nur "das hatten wir noch nie, kann nicht sein". Uns ging es wirklich miserabel in dieser Nacht.

Zweiter Punkt: für die Nutzung der hoteleigenen Sauna muss man Aufpreis zahlen, nicht im Preis enthalten. Sehr schade, da der zweite Tag dort Schlechtwetter war.

Dritter Punkt: Zimmer sehr hellhörig, konnten schlecht schlafen, Lärm der Straße extrem hörbar, Zimmermädchen am Gang sehr laut
