Nezadovoljavajuća usluga
Pros:

Lokacija je super jer je u blizini javni prijevoz te pristup važnim prometnicama grada. Također je u blizini trgovina, ljekarna, kafići, jezero Jarun

Cons:

Nije mi se svidjela usluga. Ona je bila ispod razine. Prvo su nam dali pogrešnu sobu ali oke, greška se dogodi i brzo je ispravljena. Pri promjeni sobe na recepciji su nas uputili da sami nosimo dječji krevetić iz jedne sobe u drugu. Dodatno je ispalo da su sobe doslovno bile na dva različita kraja hotela. Pogriješili ste, ispravite pogrešku, a ne da mi kao gosti ispravljamo Vašu pogrešku. Soba nas je dočekala uredna i hotel je općenito čist i uredan ali usluga čišćenja sobe nije na razini odnosno uopće je nije bilo. Drugi dan nam je spremačica došla tek u 5 sati popodne, a sutradan smo je tražili po hodniku radi promjene ručnika. Ostavili smo znak da molimo posremanje sobe i taj dan nitko nije došao. Dan nakon toga smo je pri izlazu susreli u hodniku i zamolili posremanje sobe. Ja sam zaboravila mobitel i vratila se nakon nekoliko minuta u sobu. U sobi već tada nije bilo nikoga, a kreveti su bili "posremljeni" kao da ih je moje trogodišnje dijete pravilo. Donje plahte zgužvane kako smo ih i ostavili, a posteljina u jastuci samo smotani i zgužvani.
Doručak: za hotel s 4 zvjezdice sam očekivala puno više (boravila sam u hotelima s 4* i znam da može i treba biti drugačije). Doručak obuhvaća samo osnovne namirnice, a od toplih napitaka u ponudi su jedino filter kava, mlijeko i čaj. Prostor je dosta skučen, a stolovi se neredovito skupljaju. Realno, bilo je dosta slobodnog mjesta ali većina njih nije bila očišćena. Pohvaljujem što se ponuda redovno punila.
Pri rezervaciji hotela očekujem smještaj ali i uslugu. Usluga je ovaj put izostala. Nadam se da će se popraviti jer bih se rado vratila u ovaj hotel.
Wellness: hidromasažna kada nije radila ali je cijena usluge ostala ista

Toujours une très belle adresse !
Pros:

Nous y descendons depuis de nombreuses années, sur la route de la Bulgarie. Une halte toujours importante, tant l'accueil y est sympathique ! Tout est rassemblé pour vous permettre de récupérer correctement, après deux jours de route et avant une dernière étape difficile. Vous prenez plaisir à vous restaurer, le soir, au Taurus restaurant. Comme de coutume, Milenko, le serveur est d'une incroyable gentillesse. Nous avons pris l'habitude de savourer son professionalisme, en plus de sa gentillesse. L'Admiral est assurément une belle adresse !

Cons:

On ne peut pas déplacer l'hôtel... En partir, le matin, est le seul point noir, même si la grande avenue, longue de plusieurs kilomètres, vous mène directement sur l'autoroute qui file vers Belgrade. En semaine, les voies sont très chargées ; il suffit simplement de s'armer de patience et de prudence. Méfiance également lorsqu'il y a des travaux. C'est parfois très périlleux !
