Perfect
Pros:

The hotel is great located next to kombinis and a metro gate which is always super useful.
The staff was super great, with so much hospitality that was the Best we had in japan in our 27 days trip.
We due a problem needed to check-out a day before our last night and we had still 40 timer to wait on a dryer (due to our mistake we placed more money) when we told the staff that they spared no effort to try to get our clothes before, which they did!!
So the experience and stay was amazing due to the great staff and hotel.

Recomendo muito, no geral é um excelente hotel.
Pros:

Quarto amplo, confortavel, tudo novinho!

Cons:

Poderia ter uma agua no quarto, tinha cafe e cha mas nao agua. Fui em hoteis bons quanto e nao ter 1 ou 2 garrafinhas nao aumenta o custo do hotel, mas é um diferencial.

Pros:

這次因為研討會來住一個晚上，但覺得只住一晚太可惜了，因為真的很喜歡～首先櫃檯人員英文很好，不用擔心溝通上有困難。然後一進大廳就有一個很香的草本味道～而且大廳環境明亮乾淨。
房間也真的很棒！比想像中大，衛浴很讚，乾淨整潔～床也超級大的！柔軟舒服，一整天的疲憊都沒有了，還有一個辦公桌，也太棒了吧？！而且環境超安靜的，不用怕被打擾。下次來大阪一定還會住這間的！
