Cons:

Service and attitude of certain staff were really pathetic. The rooms are old and dirty with dust in certain areas, bad smell in the washroom as well. Poorly maintained for a NH Collection 5 star rated hotel. Gives clearly a 3 star standard. 4/10

It didn't feel 5 star. The room was small and the furnishings were cheap. While there was lots of choice at breakfast, it was buffet style and felt like a noisy canteen.

AMAZING!
Pros:

The room was amazing. Because a feeling of home, with bathroom distance from the bedroom! The room view was insanely beautiful, and the bed was giant and comfortable! AC for the summer was working perfectly!

Cons:

The shower did not have a door, so water was always running out of the box, making the floor wet. I hate this modern design, which is not convinient.

Good location, good room size and comfortable bed.

Cons:

The place needs a very important over haul. Most of the common areas are old, used, dirty or in need of a severe replacement. The first thing that would irritate me also as an employee working there is seeing the state of the revolving door literally falling to pieces at the bottom part. Initial impact is hopeless. Walls, lift doors are not cleaned right. List goes on.

great location, walking distance or a short metro or taxi ride from all the attractions. Very helpful staff. Clean room and quiet at night. Plentiful very tasty breakfast.

Amazing location, okay hotel.

It’s okay.. simple.

Cons:

I feel the lounge area didn’t feel so comfortable. Also, toilet in my room didn’t smell nice when I got there. Very basic. Very busy hotel. I guess I assumed it would be a bit more quiet. I did request late check out on my booking, but they didn’t spot that or say anything and when I asked the next day, they were fully booked. Just wasn’t for me
