Pros:

La présence et l'amabilité du personnel que ce soit a l'accueil, dame de ménage ou au bar. L'emplacement est exceptionnel.

Cons:

Je trouve que pour un 5 étoiles et une chambre supérieure on est en droit d'attendre une propreté irréprochable et des finitions dans la chambre impeccable. Nous aurions aimé aussi qu'il y ai un tarif préférentiel pour les résidents de l'hôtel au bar car les tarifs sont excessifs.

Location were very good for us.
The room were confortable.

Não gostamos do quarto do banho, quando Tomás banho a água sai para fora, tínhamos sempre que estar a limpar para não ir ao corredor 😡😡😡😡😡
As toalhas são muito antigas e já nem parecem brancas.
O pequeno-almoço não é grande coisa. Não tem muitas opções para os muçulmanos, não tem cuidado com os talheres, na zona dos queijos misturavam com os talheres dos fiambres, bacon e outras carnes que nos os muçulmanos não comemos.

Pros:

Pobyt w hotelu był naprawdę wspaniały. Przemiła i bardzo pomocna obsługa, a śniadania przepyszne i różnorodne. Hotel znajduje się w super miejscu, wszędzie jest blisko, co było dla nas ogromnym udogodnieniem. Z okazji urodzin męża czekała na nas w pokoju bardzo miła niespodzianka, za którą serdecznie dziękujemy. To był wyjątkowy pobyt i z przyjemnością wrócimy tu ponownie.

Nothing about this hotel is nice, it was very dirty, not organised at all very rude and unhelpful staff. I had to change 4 rooms. The hotel is like ibis but with 5 star money. It was a full nightmare. In premium room was full of dirt and spider nest and cockroaches. Awful, awful awful.

Voyage visite de quatre jours à Barcelone.
Pros:

L'emplacement central par rapport aux visites à réaliser à Barcelone.
La présence d'un voiturier pour garer la voiture et être tranquille pendant notre séjour
Personnel d'étage aux petits soins et très agréable.
Rooftop piscine bar eleven sympa - consommations un peu chères tout de même.

Cons:

L'accueil de l'établissement est un peu étroit pour un cinq étoiles - Manque de volume.
Ce manque de volume se ressent également sur l'espace restauration pour le petit déjeuner.
Le standing général de l'établissement ne correspond pas aux critères que nous avons sur un établissement cinq étoile. les critères sont respectés mais il manque la magie du lieu ....

Best location! Close to the metro. It was very baby friendly. The staff was very friendly and warm especially with the baby they were very accommodating. They would help us warm baby food etc. Cleanliness was good. Walking distance from all the high end shops and restaurants

Cons:

Pool was pretty outdated, and dirty. If you needed anything from the hotel desk you have to go down to get it yourself otherwise €5 charge! Even to get a fork and plate for my baby. Some staff were a bit stuck up, one of them was rude at breakfast. Most were very nice though.

Séjour très agréable dans une ville bruyante
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, avec des chambres très bien aménagées, une localisation parfaite.

Cons:

Le lobby est un hôtel de gare très bruyant quasiment à tout heure, il faut se frayer un chemin pour prendre les ascenseurs, le bar en terrasse ne sert plus bien avant les horaires annoncés par l’hôtel. Et pour un 5 étoiles pas de service de chambre en fin de journée
