Pros:

Nice location. I enjoy how the highway is right next to the exit of the parking lot. The layout is also very convenient. The restaurant right next to it is definitely a plus.

A great location and value for Monterey! Close to the wharf and fairgrounds! Lots to do and great staff! Whale watching is amazing! We went with Chris' Fishing and Whale Watching!
