Overall Cleanliness of the facility and room
I arrived at the time of check-in I choose upon purchasing the room just to be told that I cannot check-in until after 2pm. This left me and my son with nowhere to go for almost 4 hrs until a room was ready
My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The bathroom was extremely dirty when I checked into the room, and the manager actually had to come clean it personally, which should never happen at any hotel. The entire property looks outdated and definitely needs major updates and maintenance.
To make matters worse, there were gunshots heard close by the hotel during the night, which made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible — the food tasted bad and did not seem fresh at all.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

The location was good
The breakfast wasn't that great
I liked that it was clean
The shower head was running all night it wouldn't shut off it was running when I arrived at the room and it had a very strong odor of mold that made my head hurt I couldn't sleep well.
The front desk gave me a key to the wrong room and we had to make multiple trips down to the desk until they fixed it. The room we ended up with was absolutely disgusting, with dirty and stained sheets. There was zero breakfast at 6:30 when it was supposed to open. The parking lot was also completely full. Would not recommend.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I am absolutely shocked by the way this property handles guests’ personal and financial information.
The staff demanded that I send highly sensitive personal data via regular email — including photos of my driver’s license and even my credit card. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unsafe. No reputable hotel should ever ask guests to transmit such information through unsecured channels.
Even more concerning, they insisted on this instead of offering any legitimate or secure verification process. At around 10 PM, they were unable to process a card that was already properly linked in the official Choice Hotels app. Rather than fixing their own system issue, they pressured me to send confidential documents to a personal email address.
This behavior raises serious concerns about data protection, privacy, and potential misuse of customer information.
On top of that, the treatment of Choice Hotels loyalty members — including Titanium-level members — was disgraceful. There was zero recognition of status, no professionalism, and no attempt to provide appropriate service.
I strongly warn others: do not stay here unless you are comfortable risking your personal and financial security. This place shows a complete lack of understanding of basic data protection standards and customer care.
Not very good
