Not worth the $250/night stay.

The bay view and airport shuttle.

Musty, outdated rooms. Probably not updated in 20 to 25 years. The a/c's didn't work well & the rooms were humid. There was a musty smell in my first room and was switched rooms and the second one wasn't much better. The a/c was not cold at night even, sleeping was rough and it kicked up my allergies. The manager on duty told me that was all he could do since I was already checked in. What you'd expect from a cheap motel, not a Hilton.

Location to the airport was excellent along with the free shuttle ride

Cons:

They air conditioner unit in the room was so loud it was not easy to sleep. I also noticed the employee checking in the couple next to me was offered to link their stay to their Hilton rewards even though the booked through a third party … I have Hilton rewards and was not offered that option.

Pros:

The hotel is right by the ocean, making it perfect for morning and evening walks. Although I was concerned about airplane noise due to the proximity to the airport, it didn't disturb my trip or sleep at all. The parking lot was close by and convenient to use. I’ve decided to stay here again on my next trip to San Diego.

Cons:

I requested a free bicycle rental, but none of the staff mentioned anything about it, which was a bit disappointing.

I had fruit flies in my room. My room felt sticky and humid. The room is old and needs updating. Stained ceiling, scraped up vanity in bathroom.

Pros:

The location, the view was great. The staff was super too. Restaurant had good food. The housekeeping crew was very good.

Cons:

Loved the property. I do not agree with them charging for parking if you’re paying for their facility. Just seems insulting to me. The beds and pillows were not comfortable like I had hoped.

Not worth what they are charging!
Pros:

Great location, but unless you pay extra they only put you on floor 1-3 which has no views and very loud AC systems right next to the balcony which turns on and off constantly.

Cons:

Our ac was out in our room, the first day they said they would send someone to look but never heard back. Room was super humid and hot. The next morning I went and asked again and the tech came who was very nice and said they were having alot of issues with it and just moved rooms finally!!

I was very disappointed in the guest service in getting us help to fix our room

The guest service was horrible I had no air conditioning the first night was 77 degrees inside the room
