Not what we were expecting at all
Pros:

We stayed here for 2 weeks from May 4th and there were a few issues. First stay in this hotel but did stay at the international drive one last year and loved it and thought this one would be the same.

On first impressions room looked ok apart from the carpet. Was in the room about 30 minutes with white socks on and notice the bottom of them were really dirty!

Bins got emptied regularly think was only 1 day they did not. Bath towels got changed regularly if you can call them bath towels they were tiny.

We had to ring for more toilet roll a couple of times and ask for coffee bags. Rooms didn’t get clean till about the 7th day and we really needed it then wqs desperate for a vacuum. We then rang reception and asked if our sheets could be changed again as my son had a bit of a mess on his bed and this was done.

Our parents were next door and were un well when our room got cleaned and had do not disturb on. They took it off the next day and still a few days later did not get cleaned they had to ring and ask to be told that it had been cleaned when it clearly had not. They did come and clean it though.

The first week we did not visit the pool much but when we did noticed that it was very dirty and was stinging my husband’s eyes. There was green buildup all around the edges and one child was crying as his eyes were burning too. The second week the pool looked much better.

After speaking to a couple near the end of our holiday we ended up talking about the pool and they took noticed it was dirty and apparently a lot of other people and reported to management. His wife was also poorly the same as both our parents. We were told A company come out to clean the pool and it took about 3 hours. We were also told something was wrong with the filters and PH was not right. Anyway second week pool was fine so much better. We still enjoyed our holidays but there were lots of reasons i would not return to this hotel that could be a lot better. If at the pool also there is no toilets there you have to walk a little up to next block where there is 1 male and female toilet with swipe access on the ground floor of the block. One occasion was full of poo and another time a worker didn’t lock the door and my son walked in on him. The splash pad that is advertised also did not open.

Cumple el objetivo. Excelente relación precio calidad.
Pros:

La ubicación y el personal. Desde el hotel se puede llegar fácil y rápido a parques, Icon Park, Disney Spring. El personal es amable, explica en inglés y español, y resuleve inconvenientes o solicitudes rápido y de buena forma.

Cons:

Que no tuviera vista, la ventana daba al pasillo. No es relevante si solo lo ocupas para dormir, como en nuestro caso.

Empezamos bien y termino mal
Pros:

Al llegar un rato antes de lo pensado la habitación nuestra estaba lista y pudimos ocuparla antes y habían cumplido con el pedido de ponernos en una que no diera a la autopista por le tema de ruido ya que me cuesta dormir. EL personal de recepción es muy atento y amable, y el parking económico

Cons:

No m gusto el hecho que las habitaciones eran arregladas una vez cada 4 días, solo te llevaban toallas, y sacaban la basura, ero no extender la cama hacían, cosa que cualquier hotel lo hace. La habitación si bien estaba bien tenia una alfombra bastante vieja y era oscura

Un día llegando de los parques, cansados transpirados, y que llovía torrencialmente, la ducha dejo de funcionar, vino gente de mantenimiento y dijo que no se podía arreglar que nos cambiarían de habitación, cuando fue así la misma estaba bastante alejada de donde estábamos y no tuvimos ayuda alguna en mover nuestro equipaje, para el colmo al ser de esos hoteles que tiene abierto la lluvia te mojaba al caminar por el pasillo, y la nueva habitación no le andaba el extractor del baño y la puerta deslizante estaba mal, el aire hacia ruido y para el colmo estaba frente a la autopista lo cual era un ruido constante

Amazing, would stay there again!
Pros:

Loved the location and all the amenities that the hotel offered! Also, for the location, it was priced amazing!

Cons:

Thought the breakfast buffet was a little pricey for what was offered. But the staff was fantastic

Besides how hard the beds are, the rest of our stay was great!
Pros:

Loved that it had a pool and splash pad, that it was very convenient and near everything. Loved that they had a shuttle to the parks. Staff was amazing!

Cons:

The only issue we had/ always have, since we’ve been staying at the Rosen for 10+ years is, the beds are so hard. We can’t get a comfortable sleep. Tossing and turning all night, just to try to get comfortable and then waking up, with very bad back pain.

Apesar do bom custo benefício, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar, não me hospedaria novamente.
Pros:

A localização é o diferencial desse hotel, fica próximo aos parques o que facilita o deslocamento. Tem uma grande estrutura mas para mim a limpeza é principal fator e deixou a desejar.

Cons:

O banheiro estava sujo quando chegamos e permaneceu assim até quando fomos embora, o serviço de quarto não foi feito todos os dias e nos dias em que ocorreu, somente foi retirado o lixo e arrumadas as camas, zero limpeza. O quarto tem carpete, o que é extremamente anti higiênico, tinham manchas de sujeira, acúmulo de poeira, impossível andar sem calçados, caso contrário suja os pés... terrível. O quarto tem um tamanho bom para uma família de até 4 pessoas, mas a limpeza deixou a desejar. Carpetes deveriam ser abolidos de todos os hotéis. A água do chuveiro e das pias tinha um cheiro ruim.
