Overall, our stay was comfortable, but the customer service left much to be desired.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and there were plenty of towels and hand towels. Unfortunately, the experience with the front desk staff was disappointing and significantly detracted from our stay.

Cons:

Both the afternoon and morning front desk staff were rude, unwelcoming, and unhelpful. Good customer service is important to me, and unfortunately, neither my husband nor I felt that we received it during our stay.

When we arrived, the front desk associate was not welcoming and became argumentative when discussing the reservation made through Booking.com. A simple check-in interaction should not leave guests feeling uncomfortable or unwelcome.

The experience the following morning was equally disappointing. When I needed assistance, the front desk associate remained in the back area, and I had to say “Excuse me” several times before he came to the front desk to assist me.

I understand that everyone has difficult days, but professionalism, courtesy, and basic hospitality should be consistent in a guest-facing position. While the accommodations themselves were satisfactory, the lack of welcoming and attentive customer service made a noticeable difference in our overall experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as guests should feel valued and welcomed from the moment they arrive.

A great choice of hotel when visiting St George
Pros:

Exceptionally clean, breakfast available

Cons:

The person checking in guests was very business like but came across as if he was doing me a favor. Not at all, inviting or friendly.

Comfortable but needs quite a bit of updating.
Pros:

Bed is comfortable. Nice to have movie channels on those hot afternoons. The pool and hot tub are great.

Cons:

The bedding and towels need to be replaced due to stains. Lobby and room Furniture & Shower floor had too much wear and tear. Breakfast, same thing every day, eggs were terrible. No water bottle fill up station😔

We were only there for 2 days but can’t complain about anything. It served our needs and that’s value for money.
Pros:

Close to Utah Tech University & not far from I15. Nice breakfast and big spacious rooms.

Cons:

There isn’t anything i particularly didn’t like about the property.

Not Bad but not good either.
Pros:

They gave me a refund for unused days so I was thankful for that.

Cons:

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions when we stay in St. George. I don’t know what has happen but the last few times we have stayed the staff seem less then friendly. Alvin was wonderful. The guy who checked me in didn’t seem very friendly and didn’t even tell me what time breakfast would be just gave me my key and that’s about it. I don’t know if new owners have taken over this comfort suites. Checked into my room and it smelt like wet dog hair bathroom trash can was full of trash. Ask for another room dog hair was on the couch in the new room they switch me to. I don’t remember this hotel being this way. It’s kinda went down hill. The law and order for this hotel is gone. I will stay at a different hotel next time.
