The pool was quite small. There was no hot water option for tea with breakfast.
The hotel was in a very safe location. Check in and check out were easy. The breakfast was great, lots of hot choices, quite a variety. The staff was mostly friendly. The manager kept the breakfast well stocked. The manager was very sweet to our kids, asking if they had a nice stay. We could tell she was striving for perfection. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the pool. The hotel was clean, and the room was clean. I was able to text questions to the staff. Free parking was a huge plus.
The worker at checkin was a little brash. We had kept funds low on our card while traveling in a big city. She seemed a bit annoyed that I had to transfer. The hotel said if I didn’t arrive by 6 they would let my reservation go, as apparently they tried to charge my card before I had arrived, which, according to the reservation, it wouldn’t be charged until I checked in. They also added a charge for incidentals without my knowledge.I’m still waiting for that charge to be returned. There were a few things that were broken in our room, like a wiggly bathroom door pull and cracks behind our bed. Fixing these simple things would elevate the experience.

I have stayed here many times. The staff is friendly and professional; Jeremy is especially outgoing and helpful. The location is perfect for my work, and several restaurants are within walking distance.
The property is clean an well-located.
The hotel would not cooperate with me about rebooking a reservation. I tried to change my reservation to a week earlier, both through Booking.com and with the property itself. I received no response online, and in person, I had to pay again and cancel the other booking, for which o received no compensation or alternative booking option. Bottom line, they will not work with you if your itinerary changes.
The location was good too, where we were going. The staff was very kind.
