The TV was old, and we could only get live TV. No netflix or any other streaming. It's disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

The Sydney Harbour Marriott team were amazing. I booked the room for my mum’s birthday and needed help with checking in as she was celebrating it with her friends and O wasn’t checking in with them. They were so helpful in arranging a seamless check in for them and even arranged a little surprise for her special day.
Location is great and I had a Opera House view room-was good.
The rooms are so old and I would expect a good condition if I am paying this amount.. Very old style and not renovated at all-doesnt feel clean

The staff were very attentive; the room was very clean. I asked for a disability shower, and it was no problem to provide this. It is situated in the heart of the city and was easy for us to see a lot of Sydney by foot.
Although the bed was very comfortable, when my husband turned in his sleep, I felt every movement as the mattress was very bouncy and woke me up. I would expect not to feel anything.
Gorgeous views, lovely breakfast, great pool and sauna.
Loved the extra Vivid touches (glowsticks, welcome Vivid chocolates :)
