Camas e limpeza deixaram muito a desejar
空港からタクシーで来たのですが、違法タクシーに乗車してしまい、多額の料金を支払ってしまいましたが、チェックインの時に相談したところとても親身になってくれました。タクシー会社へのクレームのアシストをサポートしますと言ってくれました。
初日にロビーのレストランで食べたステーキがびっくりするぐらい美味だったので、翌日も同じステーキを食べました。
エレベーターも多く設置しているので全くストレスがありませんでした。快適です。
いろいろ探してみましたが、まったくないです。
しいていえば高級ホテルなので、やはり料金は高いですが、相応のサービスを受ければ納得です。
The hotel was really close to Circular Quay and just a walk to the Harbour bridge and Opera House. There were multiple public transportation options near by including train, light rail and ferries. It was such a convenient location. The staff members I interacted with were all great. They announced prior to our stay that they will have an emergency electrical shutoff for one of the days during our stay and they handled it appropriately. They communicated well. The beds were very comfy and I felt the room was very spacious and allowed us to spread out our suitcases. They had drinks in the lobby that guests can readily grab and I thought that was such a nice gesture and treat.
Something to note was that like most hotels nowadays, their shower has one of those half glass enclosures rather than a full enclosed shower with a shower door. It was not bad because there is a slight raise of the shower floor so water didn’t get everywhere all over the floor.
This is Marriott at its best! While the bathrooms may be a bit dated, the service and quality at this hotel is 5 star! We had a room overlooking the opera house and it was wonderful. As Bonvoy members, we had breakfast in the Elite lounge each morning which was delightful and lots of hot options and fresh options. Elevators were quick and accessible. Bathrooms, Beds and towels were clean. But it was the staff that made it perfect. Front desk check in was easy and fast and helpful. they gave us our first Tim Tams! Jane and the other front desk staff (I wish I remember their names) were so helpful with suggestions for food and shopping and experiencing Sydney. The Concierge staff was also wonderful with suggestions and reservations. It was a young man (his name is ARM) who helped us make a doctor's appt for our daughter who had a bad scrap on her foot. He called them and made an appt for the next day. The doctor was $74 US and the medicine was $15 US. I love the health care in Australia! Thank you to ARM for his help. We sent some laundry at the hotel and it was well done and quick. We saw other Marriott properties in Sydney, but would recommend this one not only for the convenient location to the harbour and shopping and restaurants, but for the excellent service.

Super convenient resturant! And staff were lovely bringing us a special chocolate platter for a special event - greatly appreciated.
Some of the facilities could have been cleaner and better maintained. Eg. The shower tiles and grout etc looked quite weathered. The taps had a bit of grime and build up around them. A couple of the mugs in the room were dirty. There were no snacks and drink options etc in a mini fridge.
