מיקום מעולה כמה ד הליכה מהרכבת, נקי מאוד, seven eleven מתחת למלון שזה נח, שירות יוצא דופן של כל הצוות בדגש על החדר אוכל , יעילים בצ׳ק אין ובשירות שליחת מזוודות, ארוחת בוקר מעולה.

Worst experience in Japan. For the same price, go somewhere else.
Pros:

Nice room. Spacious bathroom. Check in staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

1. The hotel is so far away from Shinjuku Station. There is shuttle. But it took long time to get to JR lines.
2. We booked non-smoking but there was smell of smoke. We went to city walk after check in and got back late. Too tired to change.
3. Small breakfast area with limited selection. Very crowded in the morning after 9AM. Also I can’t believe they don’t serve Japanese curry.
2. Worst staff I’ve ever met. It was at bar in lobby. One night I had to join a remote global meeting. My family were resting in our room. There is no business center in hotel. So I had to take the call in lobby, not sitting in the center but one of three tables aside, 5 meters away from lobby center. It was late night. I went to bar trying to order a cup of sour. I asked one staff in bar for menu, went thru the menu but cannot find sour or Japanese cocktails. When I asked the staff, she showed a fake smile and said it is not on menu. Then she asked me what sour I wanted. Then long or short. When I asked for price, she said JPY 2800. I said wow that is a lot. She said because it is not on the menu ( with creepy fake smile). That is ridiculous! Then I decided to get a cup of juice. Because I was sitting aside not in the middle in lobby, she said only to go cup not glass. What the hell? I’ve been traveled to Japan four times. Every time I stayed in hotel from USD300 to USD 500, depending on location. This is the first time I had such a bad service. I will never return to this Hyatt and I do not recommend it to anybody.

High quality staff and all are very polite.
This made our stay at Hyatt Regency Tokyo very enjoyable.

Cons:

High level of presentation throughout the building. Situated very close to train stations and lots of restaurants. We also enjoyed the one of the laser light shows that are nightly projected on the neighbouring Government Building which was just a short walk from the Hyatt and visiting for free, level 45 of the Government Building to get a 360° view of Tokyo city.

Pros:

Hyatt hotels always have a consistent level of quality, this one is no different. The room was a very good size for Tokyo, very comfortable, clean, and the staff were very helpful. The location was great, close to the centre of Shinjuku, easy access via train to Shibuya. Highly recommend
