Very nice hotel to end our trip in Tokyo with nice restaurants/bar.
Pros:

Room was upscale and clean. Hotel provided any amenity one should need. I especially liked the Espresso machine in the room and daily bottle waters. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and high tea. The airport limosine was very convenient for our return back to airport.

Cons:

Location was a bit out of the way. Subway is about 10 minute easy walk.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality
Pros:

Had a truly wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Tokyo. The location was excellent and made it very convenient to explore the city. The breakfast spread was outstanding with great quality and variety every morning. The restaurant experience was equally impressive with delicious food and a very pleasant ambiance.

What made the stay even more special was the incredibly warm, professional, and helpful staff. Everyone was always welcoming, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile, creating a very comfortable and positive environment throughout our stay.

Highly recommended and definitely looking forward to visiting again!

Mauvais service client. Mauvaise communication entre les sites de réservation et l’hôtel.

Difficile d’accès à pied (comptez 10min pour faire le tour du bâtiment sur 2 étages et trouver la bonne entrée car mal indiquée par les gps)
L’hôtel n’ayant pas suivi une mise à jour de mes informations, l’hôtel a annulé la réservation sans m’avertir.
Une fois sur place le personnel de la réception n’a pas daigné faire un geste commercial et me proposait tout simplement la même chambre au double du prix réservé initialement. Sans possibilité de négociation.
Au vu du prix aberrant proposé, Nous avons donc dû trouver un autre hôtel. Nous vous conseillons le Keio plaza (mieux placé, moins cher et très arrangeant avec un service de qualité et de très belles chambres)

Excelente servicio
Pros:

El hotel está a la altura de la cadena de hoteles Hyatt, muy lujoso y con un servicio excelente. Como está ubicado a unos 800 metros de la Estación de Trenes, Metro y Buses de Shinjuku de Tokio, el hotel provee un servicio gratuito de transporte en un bus del hotel entre la Estación y el hotel lo que resulta muy conveniente y cómodo.

Cons:

El hotel tenía como todos los Hyatt, frigo bar en nuestras habitaciones pero estuvo vacío. Sin embargo, en el subsuelo del hotel hay una tienda de conveniencia 7-Eleven en donde uno puede proveerse cómodamente de un refresco o algún bocadillo adicional.

Pros:

Extremely convenient location- close to the subway station & shuttle to shinjuku station which was handy for us for Disney express bus & Enoshima express way. We had a view of Mt Fuji from our room. The room was clean & spacious for Shinjuku. The staff were so friendly. It is also by the park so very peaceful. Cannot fault anything.

Très bon hôtel en termes d’infrastructures et chambre exceptionnelles. Dommage pas de Onsen et localisation un peu au milieu de grands buildings (il faut marcher 15 minutes pour retrouver les zones animées de Shinjuku.

Todo increíble: buena ubicación, habitación amplia y limpia, personal amable.
Los buses desde y hacia el aeropuerto salen del mismo hotel.
Una excelente opción para quedarse en Tokio.
