Room was great and choice of food at breakfast was good. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
It was a little out of town but not too far away from attractions.
Un hall impressionnant, des chambres spacieuses avec une vue inoubliable sur la ville (on était au 26eme étage donc ça aide !), installations nickel et petit dej raffiné et d’une grande diversité (continental, japonais)

Bed was comfortable, room service refill everything on the day
Staff was weirdly unprofessional - specifically the local staff who either don’t know English or pretend to not understand. Very very under-communicative lack the even basic things. And at a point other English speaking non original Japanese staff gave the face to their colleague who treated us as if they went through zero trainings. And they seem to judge based on your origin which is the least you expect on an expensive trip like this. The room to be fair was averagely good, nothing too impressive all pretty standard , the closet is an open hanger which is weird, and what bothered us the most is the ventilation which is non exist. You can’t open the window and I don’t hear any ventilation going around the room, and when we arrived back to the room end of day it just smell like an old spa place that with all the mixed airs even with the room service. For someone who loves fresh air I would definitely avoid this place next time. The bedding was comfortable but not to five star standard ( I guess this is part of the reason why it’s a four star hotel), the quilt is crispy.

The staff were excellent, especially Aysha at reception and Fabio at breakfast. The breakfast had many options, subway right below the hotel with a 7/11 and free shuttle to Shinjuku. Airport bus also stops in front of the hotel.
First room was smelling of smoke but they shifted me asap. Lower floors smell more of smoke than upper floors.
Property is good, nicely located. Breakfast was good, the manager Fabio is excellent and even prepared me a nice espresso himself!

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Tokyo and would highly recommend this hotel.
The room was excellent: spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Housekeeping was consistently great throughout my stay, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the amazing assistance with arranging the shipment of my luggage to my next hotel — it made my trip so much easier and stress-free.
The breakfast was also fantastic, with a comprehensive selection of everything you could wish for, including a dedicated gluten-free corner, which I really appreciated.
A special mention absolutely has to go to Mr. Fabio, who made my mornings even more enjoyable. Every day, he would greet me with a big smile, prepare my cappuccino exactly the way I like it, and always take the time for a friendly and entertaining conversation. As an Italian, I can say that he truly understands how important a good cappuccino and a warm welcome can be! 😊
Fabio has a wonderful way of interacting with guests: always attentive and engaging, but never intrusive or overwhelming. His genuine friendliness, positive energy, and great sense of hospitality really stood out and made me feel welcomed every day.
Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent service, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and truly wonderful staff. I would happily stay here again!
