Cons:

Dealing with Booking.com has been regrettably poor; in my case, it resulted in a double charge for a room reservation. Despite the efforts of Hyatt—and specifically the Hyatt staff—the extra charge has not yet been refunded to me. Coincidentally, during our trip, Finland’s leading daily newspaper, *Helsingin Sanomat*, published an article about numerous issues involving Booking.com—problems that are now leading to further investigations at the European Union level (https://www.hs.fi/visio/art-2000012357107.html).
I feel that I have been scammed by Booking.com in this matter. Unfortunately.

The room’s smell saw bad! I couldn't fall asleep because of the smell of cigarettes. Not recommended for those sensitive to smells.

Great hotel in Shinjuku, highly recommend
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel and well located. Hotel provides a shuttle service to train station. There is an excellent breakfast buffet and the manager at Crossroads Kitchen, Fabio Auteri, was very helpful and welcoming.
