My Fav Auckland Hotel
Pros:

The staff were so friendly. Their Breakfast game is next level! Room 1750

Cons:

My bathroom drain was blocked and I got a different room than I expected. But everything else was so great.

Location, sauna swimming pool. Staff. . Lovely bar restaurant comfy bed ect. . .

Cons:

Room and a few other things around the place seemed in need of a little bit of maintenance, light bulb out, shower drain over flowing balcony chair missing. And a few things seemed a little bit out dated from a year or so a go when we stayed. . Only little things but for the price would expect a bit more attention to detail.

Amazing facilities and unbeatable location
Pros:

Loved the valet parking and facilities. Loved the location. Loved the variety of foods at the buffet breakfast

Cons:

I felt that the room was a little shabby-the bathroom door needed refinishing (for example). Also, we had 3 guests (slept 4) yet there were only 2 robes. The breakfast staff were run off their feet and couldn't keep up with replenishing food/bowls etc

Very nice stay and lovely pool!
Pros:

The pool was no nice and warm! We loved the pool and spa. I wish the pool hours could be extended. The breakfast was nice too.

Cons:

The pool hour was only until 10pm but at other hotels it was usually to 11pm. The room was too dark and the bathroom was a bit small
