Descent but they can do better wirh AC’s 😊 and ventilatiom
Pros:

The room in 1101 seems old. No aircontioning Good thing it’a winter.

There’a a hole on the wall corner die to electrical wirings. Buy housekeepers are friendly and efficient.

Pullman Hotel u can so better😊

Great location, lovely and clean.
Pros:

Everything was clean. Very comfortable. Close to train station and town, had a lovely situated bar with an outside area.

Cons:

We ordered the prawns from the restaurant and only 2 of us ate them and then they were both ended up with sore stomachs later on in the night.

Wont return.
Pros:

Theres nothing in particular that i liked. All category served its purpose but nothing more.

Cons:

Room was aged even though the photos online had the renovated photos. I got an old grubby room. There werent sufficient lights within the room so pretty much dark during the day even. Pool was okay, breakfast buffet was very average with no staff explaining about the cooked meals and coffees. I am a regular at Cordis and thought id change it around and that was a terrible decision.

Amzaing place to stay . Definitely will be returning.
Pros:

The staff were amazing from the front desk to the the restaurant. The amenities were amazing from the Bar to the Pool area , which has a steam room , sauna , spa and a ice bath . Everything under one roof . Amazing !!

It was ok. But I probably would not stay here again.
Pros:

Really enjoyed the food from the restaurant, breakfasts and room service.

Staff were helpful and friendly.

Rooms were serviced regularly and well maintained.

Cons:

1/3 lifts was permanently out of service. Then from the 2 remaining in operation, one of them kept faulting or breaking down which impacted the availability of lifts. On our last day, we had to wait nearly 20mins for a lift.
The hotel was very busy with the Equippers Church conference in town so lots of people coming and going.


The bathrooms are tired & need a major update. I was very surprised to see the quality of the bathroom and would attribute it to a 3 star standard. I’ve stayed in many Pullman hotels in the past, and all have been of excellent quality and standards.

The parking fees are astronomical - between $50-$60 for over night parking is ridiculous. I understand it’s the CBD but $60 is a stretch!

We reported that our telephone in the room was not working on our 2nd night. The phone was not repaired or replaced so we had to go downstairs to reception for service. Highly inconvenient.

The bedrooms, amenities and facilities really need an upgrade. For the money we paid, I was disappointed.

Spa Retreat Staycaction at Pullman Auckland.
Pros:

Nice little extras that make a difference - good quality tea, coffee, toiletries, robes, slippers.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Room was clean and simply appointed.
Nice to have access to spa, sauna, steam and pool, which was the main reason for staying here.

Parking is expensive and options were unclear. Clearer and detailed parking information woyld have been much better than what we were told.

Staff were very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Lack of detail around parking options.
Busy period with fairly long lift waits as one lift was out of service.
