Pros:

The best hotel at Incheon if you need to stay next to airport until your flight. We booked 1 night before our trip in order not to go back to Seoul city. Hotel also provides shuttle bus to Incheon Airport (the earliest bus is at 05:30).

Luxury.
Pros:

The bed was SO comfortable. The staff were amazingly friendly and the breakfast delicious. But the best thing was the pool and onsen (hot bath/sauna/cold plunge pool) - it was fabulous.

Affordable luxury and easy access to early morning flights.

The location, room and hotel amenities, buffet breakfast and architectural design.

Cons:

Checking in took too long because of an issue between the hotel and Booking.com which caused me stress but which was NOT my responsibility. Similar delay and stress when checking out before the 5.30am shuttle because the reception staff member could not find record that I had paid my account in full, in cash,the night before, and implied I still owed 222,000 Won. She finally found the receipt and we managed to catch the shuttle.

Las instalaciones y su ubicación cercana al aeropuerto.

Cons:

Una Reserva de tres parecía de dos. Al llegar al check-in no encontraban el pago y Recepción me insistió en pagar de nuevo. La cama opcional, incómoda, la habitación tenía zancudos.. Cinco estrellas para un trato sin estrellas. Me decepcionó totalmente
