Impressive hotel with excellent room.
Pros:

Excellent hotel very closed to Terminal 1 and 15 mins away from Terminal 2.
The room was very good size and clean with excellent bathroom and comfortable. Despite right next to Terminal-1, we didn't hear any plane noises from it.

Cons:

Tous les magasins et centres commerciaux sont abandonnés et dans un état de ruine. C'est glauque et déprimant dès qu'on sort de l'hôtel.

Es war in Flughafen Nähe. Alle paar Minuten fahren Hotel Shuttle Busse zu den verschiedenen Terminals. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab ein sehr umfangreiches, leckeres Frühstück. Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Unbeatable customer service. Room service was delicious and fast. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of options. Would stay again.

Comfortable and good location.
Pros:

Very close to Incheon Airport with convenient shuttle service. Access to Club Lounge, comfortable room and excellent food in the lounge and cafe. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hyatt service and standard- superlative.
Pros:

Amazing staff who were both friendly and knowledgeable, with fluent English. Nothing was too much trouble.
Convenient shuttles to both terminals.
Spacious, comfortable rooms.
Excellent pool and garden area shared with the adjacent Hyatt Regency. Take a swim cap though.

השטחים הציבורים יפים ונוחים, הצוות (מלבד השלב הראשוני של הקליטה) היו מאוד יעילים ועוזרים

Cons:

המלון ישן וזה ניכר בעיקר בחדרים.
אמבטיות, ווילון , שטיחים ישנים. כדי לסגור את המזגן קראו לאיש אחזקה שהיה צריך לפתוח ארון בחדר.
נחמד ללילה אחד, תשלום גבוה עבור החדר והציפייה למלון 5 כוכבים
