It’s a comfortable hotel to stay if your travel schedule is not too tight.
Pros:

It’s a bit far from the downtown Seoul. It took 40 minutes to take train to Seoul.

我是多次入住的長期客戶，也是凯悦會員，總的來説非常喜歡凯悦整體的環境和服務。幾乎每次來仁川都住這裏。這一家離機場很近，有接駁班車，對於需要趕飛機的客人來説非常方便。24小時客房送餐可以網上輕鬆下單，訂餐方便，選擇也很多，餐飲品質穩定，客服總體上友好且專業。

Cons:

這次入住因爲在booking.com上能訂到的客房已滿，日期不能連續，所以check in 第一天特意和前臺確認了具體入住時間段，預訂上了缺失的日期並確認了價格。但是已經簽字確認的訂單，到了重新check in 的時候前臺卻否認之前預定好的價格，要求加倍，完全無視入住當天就談好的訂單，令人非常錯愕。雖然最後略微退讓，給了一些所謂的會員折扣，但是這一次形成中推翻先前約定的行爲非常不符合凯悦一貫的服務水準，讓我感到很失望。

Pros:

The location was excellent and all of the staff were wonderful. The room was spacious, amd the tub was wonderfully large.

Cons:

Two of the four bed pillows had stains on them, and there was a dirty footprint on the bathroom floor. They were quick to bring me new pillows when requested.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel situé au terminal 1 de l’aeroport.
Très belle chambre calme malgres la proximité des pistes de decollages et d’atterissages
Piscine interieure de 25 m
Bains coréens magnifiques
