Fabulous hotel for the last night of our holiday. Very conveniently located for Incheon airport with a free shuttle bus operating directly outside the arrivals areas every 30 minutes. Hotel has a very impressive lobby. Check-in was seamless, our two rooms were lovely, spacious, clean with lovely luxurious towels. Every staff member was extremely polite and helpful, going above and beyond to help and accommodate our needs. Dinner in the restaurant was very good, buffet looked amazing but at £57 per head, we didn’t partake. Breakfast buffet (£25 per head) was amazing with a full range of Korean and western food. Bar (adults only) is very stylish. Only disappointment was that you need a swimming cap to use the pool which cost $9
Blisko lotniska. Dodatkowy plus to autobusy z hotelu na lotnisko. Dobrze wyciszone pokoje, więc można było spokojnie się wyspać przed lotem. Restauracja w hotelu z wieloma opcjami do wyboru. Jedzenie było bardzo dobre. Udogodnieniem w hotelu był basen. Obok basenu zadbany i ładny ogródek.
Pokoje są już dość przestarzałe. Trzeba by było już pomyśleć nad ich remontem. Jak za hotel 5-gwiazdkowy, to pokoje wyglądają jak w 2-gwiazdkowym na aktualne standardy. Brak dodatkowych udogodnień w pokoju. Dlatego ich czystość też nie jest najlepsza. Na basenie nie działało jacuzzi.
We stayed here for one night during a long layover, and it was the perfect place to recharge after a long flight. We especially enjoyed the hotel's spa—it was incredibly relaxing and made us feel refreshed before continuing our journey.
The room was clean, and the hotel is very well organized, with spacious common areas that create a comfortable atmosphere. Within walking distance, there are several restaurants to choose from, and the hotel's own restaurants and bar were also very good.
The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle service, which was very convenient and made getting to and from the airport easy.
A very nice hotel with easy access to either Terminal 1 or 2. If you stay spend the extra money and upgrade to Club Lounge access.
Pros:
+ common areas are high end
+ customer service is top notch
+ club lounge is worth the money
+ Hyatt bus to Terminal 2 is free and easy.
Cons
- Grand Hyatt is the older of the two Hyatt properties and the rooms show it.
- If you don't have Hyatt Loyalty Status you will not get a past 12 check out without paying a lot more for just a couple more hours. I thought this was the single let down.
This was my first time in South Korea, and it was for a long layover. I only knew very minimal Korean and did not want to risk getting lost and missing my next flight when trying to navigate a new place and transportation system, so I made sure to select for a location close to the airport with a convenient airport shuttle. The instructions on the website for finding the shuttle pick-up location was accurate, and the bus was clearly labeled with the hotel name, so I did not feel like I was guessing. The driver was safe and helped guests with their bags. We were dropped off directly in front of the hotel entrance.
The atmosphere of the hotel was very nice. It had a modern and grand-looking lobby, and the room itself was clean, quiet (despite being next to the airport), and comfortable. Although I prepared to use the very basic Korean phrases I practiced before I got to the hotel, the staff was very friendly, and we were able to complete the check-in process in English. They gave me a helpful guide sheet (in English) to help keep me informed of when the shuttle came and when the amenities were open in case I needed a reminder. The check-in process was simple. I handed them my passport, and they used my card to put a deposit down which got refunded the next day and replaced with the actual hotel room cost.
I purchased the bed and breakfast option. The process was quite convenient. I did not have to travel far to get breakfast as it was directly by the lobby. I went to the check-in booth for the breakfast at the Restaurant 8, gave them my room number, and was brought to my table. They had a wide variety of options. I went to the Asian food section and picked out some kimchi, noodle soup, grilled fish, bulgogi, and fried rice. All of it was quite delicious.
Afterwards, I checked out and waited for the shuttle. It came in a timely manner, and I was dropped off directly back at the airport.
Overall, for the quality and convenience, I felt that the value was very good. It suited my needs perfectly, and it felt like such a relief to have things like transportation and a meal taken care of after such a long flight. I was originally very worried about completing the layover, but I felt very relieved in the end. I had a good experience and felt safe throughout the entire stay and journey as a solo traveler. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again if I am in South Korea again.
I stayed in one of the King deluxe rooms and it was amazing. Very clean, great view, no smell, and excellent room service. The staff are also all professional and helpful, so my requests never felt burdensome. I will definitely be returning!
Cleanliness of the room and also cozy lighting. The toilet properly cleaned and good amenities. Overall, the hotel is organized and assistance from staff from reception to concierge and restaurants are excellent.

Very next lap pool facility for a proper workout.
Rooms are clean and facility is well maintained.
However, there are limited amenities around the hotel and it's a 20min ride on the hotel shuttle, which operates on a 30min frequency.
