Pros:

I stayed in one of the King deluxe rooms and it was amazing. Very clean, great view, no smell, and excellent room service. The staff are also all professional and helpful, so my requests never felt burdensome. I will definitely be returning!

Pros:

Cleanliness of the room and also cozy lighting. The toilet properly cleaned and good amenities. Overall, the hotel is organized and assistance from staff from reception to concierge and restaurants are excellent.

Good Experience, love the pool.
Pros:

Fantastic restaurants with a very large spread.
Very next lap pool facility for a proper workout.
Rooms are clean and facility is well maintained.

However, there are limited amenities around the hotel and it's a 20min ride on the hotel shuttle, which operates on a 30min frequency.

Great accomodation, poor administration
Pros:

Great accomodation, but very poor administration at arrival and departure.

Free and smooth airport shuttle service, and pleasant staff.

Cons:

It took 30 mins to check, while all was paid for beforehand.

High security deposite (not mentioned begorehand). Which still hasn’t been returned next morning.

Staff on the package bagging customers.
Pros:

The staff from the package nagged me twice as my friend wanted to give me a surprise for my birthday and she wrote the other tower in the address.
They should asked in a kind manner and bring proper hospitality.
