When I first walked in the room it looked really nice, but it was dirty.
Pros:

The room looked nice

Cons:

Sheets were dirty, shower was dirty and had hairs, towels had stains. The bed sheets made me itchy.

Pros:

The friendly staff and the fact that there was no carpet in the pet friendly rooms.

Cons:

It just needs a little more TLC. It was decent but could be cleaner.

In addition, my rate for staying with a pet cost more at the property than what was shown online in the details regarding the cost of pets. I was charged $50 more than I expected to stay there for one night with my pet.

Potential, but needs attention.
Pros:

Nice shiny paint

Cons:

Woke up in the middle of the night in a very cold room. Tried to turn up the heat but heater wouldn't come on. Found that it was unplugged and hard to access (wall socket is underneath unit). Hoped it wasn't unplugged because there was a problem with it, but it didn't catch fire or anything.

Sometimes Day 2 Is More Accurate

The staff is very friendly. Mediocre breakfast. I’ve had way better breakfast at other Hilton locations.

Cons:

I stayed for a total of three nights. I rented two rooms. My reservations were separate due to policy. My son had an issue starting the next morning with his smoke detector. The battery kept beeping and beeping. Front desk was informed several times and not one staff member or the management team changed the battery. My son couldn’t sleep with the constant chirping in his ear. He ended up sleeping on the king sofa bed in my room because of this.

Staff was incredible at responding and helping us out!
Pros:

I was here to tour apartments and the area, it was super close to all the places I was touring. I like that it was next to some great fast food and gas stations.

Cons:

Nothing, it was great.
