Pros:

Loved that the staff when I checked in put us as close to the pool as possible, once they knew we were going to use the pool. Thanks my boys had a blast!

Cons:

The bathroom was... Different, I'm not used to the light switch on the outside nore the sink. And you were out of creamer for coffee in the morning, I used the milk and still got an awesome coffee so not complaining just something to keep an eye on for those who would.

The representatives at the front desk was very helpful. They assisted everyone with grace and respectfully. The room I had was very clean and spacious. I was very surprised at the comfort level that I experienced.

Great location, clean, a great night sleep
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable, sleep, and nice breakfast

Cons:

Didn’t like the fact that you could not get in the room before three. I understand that is the policy. But I’ve been to many hotels and once there is a room available, they will let you in. Is multiple people sitting in the lobby waiting to get in all at 3 o’clock.

Clean, comfortable and great location.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It included a microwave and a refrigerator, which made it feel more like a small apartment than a hotel room. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Could be great if nights were quiet.
Pros:

Staff was AMAZING! We needed special assistance due to catastrophic injury. Staff totally stepped up.

Cons:

Very LOUD people in the hallways at night.Children screaming. Adults talking loudly on their phones even at 2 am. Hall noises echo throughout hotels. Very disturbing.
