Could be great if nights were quiet.
Pros:

Staff was AMAZING! We needed special assistance due to catastrophic injury. Staff totally stepped up.

Cons:

Very LOUD people in the hallways at night.Children screaming. Adults talking loudly on their phones even at 2 am. Hall noises echo throughout hotels. Very disturbing.

Cons:

Had requested rooms on first floor by phone a week before. I was told we would have these as requested. On arrival, we were informed that no rooms were available on the first floor, even though I was told we would have them. There is a coffee bar in the breakfast area which was located at the far end, well away from our rooms. Coffee makers in the room would be a plus. Bed was comfortable, but I and my son (in a different room) felt like we were being bitten by something. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a bad place to stay, but quite pricey. I would not stay here again.

Decent with squirks.
Pros:

Overall decent. I did let them know there was hair in one of the ends and a blood stain on that same beds comforter and didn’t hear back. That is unfortunate.

I was very pleased with my stay.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel including the cleaning staff are just wonderful. I asked if there was a coffee maker in the room and was told no. I must have looked very disappointed as when after I came back dinner there was a coffee maker in the room. Thanks excellent service.

Cons:

The elevator is really far from the lobby.
