Good visit to Asheville
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Hot tub not working but otherwise a good experience. Breakfast was also good.

Wonderful
Pros:

Hillary and Ali provided WONDERFUL customer service! They made our stay a great experience at the La Quinta in Asheville, North Carolina. They both deserve a gold star. We would definitely stay here again! We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Pros:

The hotel is next to a homeless center and the homeless are all over the area. I felt very unsafe, open drug use, and lots of beggars.

Actual hotel was great.

Pros:

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, clean rooms, great breakfast, inside rooms for security, they accepted service dogs.

Cons:

Mattresses were too hard and uncomfortable. Could barely walk the next day.
POOL was OUT OF ORDER.

This is our second time choosing this LaQuinta, and this will probably continue to be our go-to hotel when we visit Ashe
Pros:

The price of the room, the size of the room, the cleanliness of the room and the whole facility, the breakfast, the professionalism of the staff, it was quiet and peaceful each day and night we stayed.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was above satisfactory. The only minor drawback this time was that the pool was unavailable most of our stay due to maintenance, but we still had chance to enjoy it on the first evening when we arrived.
