A perfectly comfortable value hotel for someone with a budget
Pros:

Good street location. Nice pool. Great breakfast. Excellent value. Comfortable rooms & bathroom.

Cons:

Entrance/exit on a steep hill that made coming & going a little hazardous. Some construction including jacuzzi was a little disappointing. Staff was friendly enough.

Exceptional hotel with clean rooms in a great location.

It was clean, the staff was kind, and we appreciated the free water bottles.

Cons:

We were really disappointed that the hot tub and gym were out of order, as well as the tv the first night. And the thermostat in the room would only let the room get so cool so we were warm.

Pros:

Breakfast was nice, the facility was clean

Cons:

The tv and telephone did not work, the workout room and the hot tub were not available. The hot tub was the reason I booked this place instead of one of your competitors

Clean, comfortable, modern and affordable room for the weekend. Located 10 minutes from everything!
Pros:

Lobby was very modern, clean and inviting. Staff were all extremely polite. Breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday were well stocked and hot! Our room was clean and comfortable. Price was affordable. I highly recommend!

Cons:

No complaints at all! Everything was clean and exceeded my expectations. 100% Recommend!

Good visit to Asheville
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Hot tub not working but otherwise a good experience. Breakfast was also good.
