The hotel is good if you want to save time commuting in London. Breakfast is basic but saves time if you want to leave
Pros:

Location is superb, walking distance to Earl’s Court train station and so many restaurants and coffee shops. The staff was very polite and accommodating. They even let us check-in early.

Cons:

The room did not have a closet or hangers to hang clothes. The bathroom had no lock and no shelf to keep our toiletries. The room became cluttered since we had no space to keep our jackets/clothes/basic stuff.

Great service
Pros:

Great location, easily accessible. There was a lift and 24 hour desk service which was great.

Cons:

They were doing construction in/outside the building. They said they’d only do construction inside after 9 am, however the outside construction started earlier and did frequently wake us on our 5 night stay.

Pros:

Situato a due passi dalla metro Earl’s Court, bella zona con vari ristoranti, fast food, supermarket e nella via dietro il fantastico cocktail bar Twice Shy. A due fermate si trovano tre importanti musei: V&A, Science e Natural History.
Staff alla reception molto gentile e disponibile.
Il bagno della camera è nuovo; l’unico difetto è il lavandino troppo piccolo.

Cons:

Camera decisamente minimalista. Mancanza di un armadio classico dove riporre vestiti o altro. Ci sono solo delle grucce a vista.
Il vero problema è stato la mancanza di un tavolino, mobiletto o altro dove poter riporre e appoggiare i vari acquisti. Ho dovuto incastrarli sotto i micro comodini, gli altri sparsi in giro per terra sulla meravigliosa e pulitissima moquette…. C’è un mobile minuscolo dove lo spazio maggiore è occupato dal bollitore; si può giusto appoggiare il beauty.
Come capita sempre più frequentemente, la pulizia della camera viene fatta solo su richiesta, a favore dell’ambiente. Personalmente trovo che a volte, sia un po’ una scusa per risparmiare.
Ultima nota dolente le finestre. Sappiamo che sono palazzi antichi bellissimi e super affascinanti ma ovviamente non hanno doppi vetri, quindi se avete il sonno leggero portatevi i tappi perché sentirete qualsiasi minimo rumore provenga dalla strada.

Ottima posizione con qualche compromesso
Pros:

Ottima posizione, 50 metri a piedi dalla stazione metro di Earl's court. Struttura moderna, c'è l'ascensore e l'aria condizionata nella stanza

Cons:

Camera molto piccola, non c'è nulla su cui appoggiare le valige, bagno minuscolo e senza spazio per appoggiare nulla, ma nuovo. Pulizia solo ogni 3 giorni e moquette nelle stanze. Le camere non sono insonorizzate.

Pros:

Wir waren zuerst direkt neben dem Aufzug untergebracht. Leider hat man ihn sehr laut gehört. Nach einer Nacht konnten wir Zimmer tauschen und durften in einen hinteren Teil des Hotels wechseln. Auf Nachfrage haben wir ein Bügeleisen und -brett bekommen. Bei jeder Frage wurde uns sofort vom freundlichen Personal geholfen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war ein wenig eng, mit Handgepäckskoffern noch gut händelbar. Mit größeren wäre es schwierig geworden.

Tivemos problemas nas instalações do o ar condicionado e com infiltração. Mais o staff providenciou acomodação nova e foi super solicito, resolvendo os problemas com prontidão.

Habitacions petites però tranquiles i llits molt còmodes.
Pros:

L'habitació es trobava en un quart pis, amb l'ascensor s'hi accedia fàcil i còmodament. Habitació tranquil·la, No es va escoltar pràcticament soroll. Llits moolt, molt còmodes! wc tamany correcte i funcional. Assecador de cabell a l'habitació, bullidor elèctric i aire acondicionat. Recepció 24h. Hotel a 5 minuts del metro. Barri amb tots els serveis i segur.

Cons:

Habitació petita, sense armari, només amb quatre penjadors. Una petita estanteria que no hi cabia gaire cosa...Les maletes les havies de deixar al terra. La finestra no s'obria i no es podia ventilar l'habitació. La dichosa moqueta que hi ha a tots els hotels de Londres.... Preu una mica elevat pel que acabes pagant però Londres és això...
