Cons:

We had a family room on the ground floor with no sunlight, as the windows were covered. Right behind the window was the air conditioning's main exhaust fan. During the night, it was incredibly noisy.
We couldn't change our room due to miscommunication between the recepionists, while one said we should come back later after cleaning hours the other said we should have emptied our room before the end of the cleanibg hours

Great find
Pros:

For a one or two night stay you couldn't find any better for the area.Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was bright and roomy for London and very clean. Breakfast was more than adequate. All in all, a most enjoyable stay and would certainly stay there again.

Cons:

Only down side is lack of actual room for breakfast, but as a lot of people don't include breakfast it didn't impinge on us. Choice was somewhat limited but more than adequate.
