Good hotel, Good Location Staff 50/50
Pros:

Great Location, mostly friendly staff and comfortable beds

Cons:

I asked for our trashes and towels to be changed daily and they didn't do that. We had to ask again every day. One guy mean mugged during breakfast everyday he worked

All you need for a stay, good location and good room
Pros:

Great little room and in a great location, has all you need and only a short walk to Earls Court underground station. Importantly had great aircon! Staff were friendly too.

Cons:

Bathroom and shower is very squishy. Bathroom can be smelly at random points of the day.

Prima hotel, dankzij metro in de buurt ben je zo waarbij wilt zijn
Pros:

Dichtbij metrostation, netjes, vriendelijk personeel 4 pers. kamer was waarvoor het diende “slapen” bedrag waren we op zwier dus dat was prima.

Ontbijt zelf was prima, geen uitgebreid Engels ontbijt met spek ei en bonen, maar vers fruit croissants en chocolade broodjes, jus, koffie thee, heerlijke nootjes voor door de yoghurt.
Service om bagage voor en na inchecken te laten staan was zeer aangenaam. Zo hoefden we de eerste en laatste dag niet de gehele dag met koffers rond te zeulen.

Cons:

Ontbijt was speciaal maar eens je weet hoe het werkt goed te doen, wij waren niet zo laat ‘s ochtends dus konden eten in de lobby.

Ottimi la posizione e il quartiere. Molto bene il servizio di deposito bagagli

Cons:

Camera piccola, in tre era stavamo un po' stretti. Purtroppo avevamo la camera attaccata alla hall e all'ingresso e si sentiva sempre qualche parte sbattere. Non effettuano cambio asciugamani (eravamo in 3 e ce n'erano solo 4 grandi per le docce) e non rifanno la camera, non so se chiedendo questo servizio sarebbe stato fornito gratuitamente.

Pros:

Location, Staff very polite and keen to help, Clean room.

Cons:

Extremely small room for 3 adults. Shouldn't be a quadruple room. Couldn't walk if all where in the room. Insufficient lighting. Scaffolding outside both windows due to renovation works which we were not told in advance.

Lokationen var god.

Cons:

Værelserne er urimeligt små. Der er ikke engang plads til en kuffert på gulvet. Badeværelset er meget småt, det var svært at komme ind og ud af badet. Der var lidt beskidt alle vegne.

Would not stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was not far from the underground station, total walking distance was a few minutes.

Nearby there were all kinds of shops to get some groceries or get a bit to eat.

Cons:

There were a few things that we didn’t like about our stay in the hotel; for instance in the description of the room was told there would be a closet for our clothes and a desk; which were not available in our room.

Also the room to move inside the room was not sufficient, for 3 people; there was barely room to move around the beds.

Our suitcase needed to be under the beds and could not be unpacked.

The day we arrived we were told that our room was ready, when we went up there were still 2 girls in our room cleaning it. They didn’t say anything when we asked if we needed to wait downstairs, but just closed the door and clearly rushed to clean the room while we waited without further notice outside the room door while we didn’t know what to do.

The rooms was not cleaned to our standards, there were long black hairs everywhere, while we are a family of blondes.

The staff was not really inviting.

A nice stay
Pros:

Great location, clean and nice.

Cons:

We were in the basement and there were quite loud guests nearby and our room was also street adjacent which sometimes was a bit loud too.
