I’ve stayed here before, the hotel is perfect for a night to two and is super close to the airport and has the DLR train which can take you into London. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was super comfortable with a kettle, drinks, a nice hot shower. The reception staff are professional and friendly as are the restaurant staff. Breakfast is really good and I’ll definitely be back again soon.
Nothing I didn’t like but would love two towels as opposed to one so next time I’ll ask
It was nice and quiet and the staff was very friendly and it was easy to get to City Airport from there.
The Bed was really lumpy like sleeping on a bag of potatoes. There was no hot Water so I couldn't have shower in the Morning.
Really enjoyed my stay. Staff were lovely and the hotel was clean and very comfortable.

Nothing all was good
I arrived on a late flight at London City Airport. Booked this hotel as it was close. I took a cab to get there but it's literally a three minute walk. Small but comfortable room and lovely staff. There is an outside garden area.

Proximity to airport
Everything was hammered the staff were rude the bed was lumpy the room was dirty I wish I never stayed there and also it smelt like shit. Maybe that’s just a London thing. Your whole country’s hammered like that. You’s are rude and your streets are dirty
