Great location. Nicely decorated. Great lobby and restaurant.
Dated bathroom. Staff was mostly absent. Paid for an included breakfast but was told that it wasn’t included.
Nothing the service was awful and the room was terrible
Удобное расположение - через дорогу от аквариума и Старого мистика с магазинчиками и прогулочной зоной. Хороший теплый бассейн
Well located next to retail (walkable), clean, responsive to issues.
Keep in mind that it’s a short drive from the historic center of town.
Breakfast buffet was slightly limited.
Great location to the aquarium!
On the second night of our stay it was a rainy day. That night our room started to leak! The ceiling was leaking in 3 different spots. Terrible!
So nice
Beautiful

Just a beautiful Hotel, very clean and fresh and perfectly located
Not that the hotel could have done anything, but there were alot of children under age 7 running all around the firepits on the beautiful patio area while adults were trying to just relax and enjoy cocktails from the bar/restaurant. The parents of the children did nothing to curtail them. It was unfortunate as most people just wanted to enjoy the atmosphere. These kids were ringing the shop bell and opening and closing sliding door and getting very close to open flames.
proximity to the aquarium & shops. the oceanic & nautical themes throughout the property. good size room.
nothing to complain about.
It was a wonderful property ! Walking distance to aquarium and olde village
Pool was a bit chilly
Our stay at the Hilton Mystic was okay, but the breakfast experience was extremely disappointing.
The restaurant service was horrible. The servers were incredibly slow and seemed to ignore guests. After being seated, we waited over 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Eventually, I had to get up from the table and find our server just to be acknowledged.
The breakfast buffet was nearly empty. There were no eggs, no bacon, and almost every other item was either very low or completely gone. When I asked if more food would be brought out, the response was simply, “Oh, really?” The server finally checked, and it took quite a while before anything was refilled.
When the bacon finally arrived, it wasn’t even warm. The breakfast potatoes tasted like they had been dumped straight out of a frozen bag and were barely hot. To top it off, they were out of tomato juice entirely.
The hotel itself was fine, but the breakfast restaurant was by far the worst part of our stay. For the price they charge, the quality and service simply don’t justify eating there. Save your money and walk next door to Starbucks or head down the road to McDonald’s—you’ll likely get a better breakfast, hotter food, faster service, and a much better overall experience.
