The location in downtown Brooklyn was perfect.
Metro and buses are a few minutes away.
Same for major shopping malls, Starbucks, and everything you may need.
There is also a nice playground for kids just next block.
The property was clean and they allow you to park your car in the garage nearby.
After check-out they offer luggage storage service (2$ x item)
Our room (double queen) was quite small, which makes it a bit impractical when you are a family of 4 with 2 children. I may recommend to go for a larger room.
The garage doesn't allow you to reach your car for the entire stay. This should be made a bit more clear in the property description.
Not a problem for us (as we stayed only one night), but people staying longer may want to know in advance.
Rooms a little bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. However all clean and tidy. Great sleep!
Beautiful space, so much casual seating

Discreto
Piscina interior lleno de niños pequeños. 4* que son más bien 3*. No tenían la king size bedroom que pagamos y reservamos… se equivocaron dando otra habitación; no sabían el precio final, ni pudieron hacer el check out… un desastre
The front desk people and the housekeepers were amazing.. very nice!
Rooms were clean
Lots of friendly areas to hang out
Close to many things
The bartender in the restaurant was not friendly. Was a little rude.
My son didn’t see the menu the bartender had laid down and asked for a drink menu.
The bartender said in a rude way.. I just gave it to you, it’s right in front of you.
He just seemed annoyed to be there.
Very good
Great location, family friendly
Nothing
loved the pool movies and crafts for kids, the food was great and the staff was so friendly

Bien placé pour le Historic Village mais loin du vrai centre de la ville. Propre, jolies parties communes.
Machine à café moisie mais on l'a signalé. Accueil peu aimable à l'arrivée mais bien au départ.
Clean, location, staff were amazing and The Irons restaurant was amazing!
On the second day, no one serviced our room but we were able to get towels and remove garbage after talking to someone the hallway.
Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice.
Room was not very clean. Hair clumps in the bathroom. A/C was loud but room was very cool.
We were thrilled with how the hotel balanced the fun of the nautical /aquarium theme with other more sophisticated styling. It made it feel like the perfect fit for everyone.
Someone was smoking in the courtyard and that detracted from the experience.
Everything was clean, staff were friendly, everything was beautiful
Nothing!
The location was great, and the room was very nice. The restaurant was average and billed as an extravagant experience. It was lacking in ambiance and the waiter was rushed (he said due to room service calls). I watched my drink linger in the service bar “window” ;for awhile. The drinks while sounding great, were just.. off. The Irontini and the Pear one, just did not work. I’m a bartender and couldn’t figure out why but they were not made well.
The staff was largely unfriendly. Upon checking out on 8/14/26, I was trying to purchase a small item from the store adjacent to the front desk at around 10 am. The girl ignored us, and carried on a conversation about staff scheduling. She reluctantly rung me up and then didn’t even look at me or say anything, continued talking about schedules. The epitome of rude.
It was extremely clean
I wish there was a beauty parlor to get my hair done
