MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA

No me dieron la habitación que tenía reservada con bañera hidromasaje pero me enteré una vez había pagado y porque lo dije yo, es decir, que si no digo nada ni se les cae la cara de vergüenza de darme otra habitación. Tras la conversación entiendo que lo sabían de antemano pero no lo dijeron, me tomaron por tonto entonces. Luego intentaron remendarlo intentando hacerme un descuento mientras veía como no podían hacerlo con el datáfono durante media hora. Para más inri, luego les dejé pedido el desayuno para llevar y un taxi para la mañana siguiente, de los cuales nadie dijo nada cuando me vieron. Decidí irme sin más ante tanta incompetencia y mala fe.

Eñ desayuno variado , el personal atento , nos hicieron una lonchera cuando supieron. Q salíamos super temprano para un tour , el baño tmb super amplio

A localização é excelente. Apesar de estar na parte alta e termos que sempre subir para chegar ao hotel, ele está entre 5 e 15 minutos andando de grande parte dos pontos turístico de Cusco. Sem contar que está no bairro mais famoso e badalado da cidade. Os funcionários, principalmente Ale e Marlene, foram incríveis. Simpáticas, disponíveis e cheias de dicas e histórias sobre a cultura local.
Cama muito confortável, chuveiro quente. Muito limpo. Vista do café da manhã maravilhosa e café da manhã bem gostoso.

Cons:

O aquecimento não teria sido suficiente para a cama de solteiro que ficava em ambiente separado da cama de casal. Ele não aqueceu suficiente aquele lado do quarto e também não foi possível deixá-lo ligado durante a noite por causa do ruído que fazia enquanto ligado. Como estávamos com criança e a cama de casal é enorme, nosso filho dormiu conosco e o aquecimento não fez falta. Deixávamos ligado antes e na hora de dormir desligávamos e a temperatura se mantida boa.
Seria legal também ter mais ganhos pelas paredes do quarto e do banheiro para pendurarmos toalhas e não termos a necessidade de troca-las todos os dias por não secarem.

Auka is charming small boutique hotel. The staff is super nice and try to help you on any requests. Breakfast was simple but freshly made. If you are looking for city escape it’s a perfect place.

Spacious, quiet room, HUGE king bed. Kettle and tea available in room. Exceptional views from the dining room, overlooking the whole of Cusco. One of the best breakfasts on our tour of South America. I think San Blas is the nicest area of Cuzco, full of hip cafes and boutique shops. Worth the walk up hill! Felt very safe, even at night.

Well located, character accommodation in old part of Cusco

Easy walk to restaurants and central square.

Cons:

1. BecauseI chose a room with a bath, I waa goven a room with no windows until I asked for another room. However, that room had two windows that faced street level, so I had to close the blinds for privacy.
2 Water waa available for sale.
3.The heatpump had to be cranked up to 30 to heat the room. It waa situated above the bed and was noisy.
4. Breakfast room is very cold as it has an open balcony.

Pleasant little place designed for comfort
Pros:

The location is strategic as everything is within walking distance. The hotel is very clean which is another advantage. There was a colossal bed in our room which we appreciated too.

Cons:

While there is effort to ensure our comfort, one suggestion to improve the stay would be to install heating in the bathroom. The tiles are freezing cold and we dread going into the bathroom due to the cold. Another suggestion would be to provide complementary drinking water in the room. Travellers who come from far always appreciate that.
