Amazing hotel with brilliant staff and facilities. Restaurant food and breakfast was very high level
Pros:

The room was amazing, with a fantastic view facing the water. The staff were beyond helpful despite us not speaking Spanish. The hotel itself is in an amazing location with cheap uber rides. The restaurant is also sublime and well staffed, I recommend the burger!! The best feature was the rooftop pool which we loved.

Cons:

There was not a single negative experience in our stay

Good location
Pros:

Great location to visit old part of city which is the only interesting area of Asuncion. Rooms are comfortable.

Cons:

Still hoovering and cleaning floors at 7am when breakfast starts. Pool has no shade so you cant sit around pool if hot. Staff at breakfast are useless, no care or attention.
